The bed was very comfortable. The room was very large. The property was located very close to the attraction I was attending, and easy access to the interstate for my departure. The price was reasonable.

The carpet looked stained, and one spot on the bed spread. The fixtures in the bathroom were scratched and I would have preferred a walk in shower instead of the tub... however they did have a grab bar in the tub for safety.

That there's only a 24 hrs wifi at the time for foreign tourists instead of the length of one's stay. So you automatically from check in at the hotel and when you connect to the Wi-Fi, you'll have access 'till you check out. Would be nice to have a small refrigerator in the room to store fruits, beverages and snacks.

The way they label the rooms on the site makes you think that a standard room is a smoking room when, in fact, it's all non- smoking property kind of deceiving, but everything else was 👍🏾 great.

Great staff , nice clean pool , rooms were clean and comfortable, good for public transport into downtown, and plenty of food trucks and restaurants within walking distance, area is a bit colorful but felt safe mooching round

I didnt like that they were a lot of homeless people passing by our hotel even tho in Austin there are homeless people everywhere, Our room was in the 1st floor, we were using some stair and the stairs region smelled like urine.

the staff was extremely accommodating, almost to a fault, The hotel is located in a bad drug-infested area so you kind of gotta be careful, but that is nt La Quintas fault. THE continental BREAKFAST was fantastic, especially the Texas-shaped waffles, loved them.

my room had a bad, smell in the carpets, but after a while we didnt smell it, we became acclimated to it

Check in and out was a breeze and loved breakfast buffet. They even had some gluten free stuff for my mom.

The carpet was old and hallways were very hot the place needs a little updating. Also rails to enter the pool would have been a good option. I had a hard time getting in and out

Looks prettiest of the employees that ask if everything's okay are you good great service and breakfast always stop clean area they always have a smile on their face great customer service excellent maid service the rooms are very big and decent.

The staff was nice the pool was awesome will definitely go back sometime. I had fun hanging out with some friends. The pool was nice and cool.

I wish there was a fridge and a microwave. I forgot I had stuff that needed to be cold. The toilet backed up a little bit.

It was under new ownership she seemed happy and proud they were just getting everything freshly painted. The rooms were comfy and the AC was super cold

The 7/11 around the corner was a little creepy
