Decent property. Cookies or popcorn treat at check in are nice. Lobby and common areas are nice. Beds were comfortable. Staff was nice and very friendly. Breakfast is included and nice. Staff was excellent and was tipped. Great selection of food and ok quality .

Room was ok, the AC / Heat thermostat didn't work very well . Room was cool when I arrived, turned heat on to 72 and the room seemed to get very warm so switched back to AC on 71 and the room got cold at night. I just stayed one night so not a big deal, but something was going on with the system. Curtains were strange in this room, had some sheer ones that covered the ~5 foot window, but the heavier curtains were only covering the edge of the window, only about a foot long on either side. We were on the bottom floor, so yes people could see in if they wanted and the bright parking lot lights shined into the room all night. Again, just one night so not a deal breaker.

Everything here from staff to cleanliness and amenities the pool was heated and a nice small gym washer and dryer quite and good showers with very soft water!! I will definitely stay here again oh and beds were very comfortable and rooms had lots of space!

breakfast was okay only thing that saved them there was they had Jimmy Dean Frozen sausage eggs and stuff in the fridge huge variety on breakfast just not quality

Carpet in the room had several spots or stains, could have used a good cleaning. Same with the couch that was in the room. The rooms have 5 foot windows to the outside, but only sheer curtains. People can see in from the outside. There are heavy curtains , but only only foot wide on either side of the window. Price increase on the room this trip.

The generosity of the housekeepers. We made conversation in the hallways and elevator often. Wonderful experiment everytime. The front desk staff was friendly if spoken to first.

We were limited to how many bath towels we could have in our room at one time. We had 6 bodies in our room, but we're only allowed 5 bath towels. Also, we had to take used towels to front desk to get clean ones in return. They wouldn't switch them out at the room.

Very nice property, staff was Excellent, breakfast was great!! Small store for incidentals, sweet treat, or a cold drink. Snacks and water at checkin. Staff was amazing and very personable / friendly.

Door lock did not work on first room we were assigned and 3 trips back to the front desk. :( Issued another room without problem, but the rooms bathroom had droplets of water on the ceiling and not from showering or condensate. Something going on there and reported to staff.

Staff was great! Location was wonderful so close to everywhere . I would definitely book here again!

I booked a room with a loveseat/ fold out bed so our son could sleep on it and when I folded it out the metal frame for bed was rusted ,pieces of the metal was falling off and part of the mattress was stained with the rust . Frame also didn't want to fold out. So we didn't get to use it .

Very clean and comfortable. Very nice rooms with all the standard amenities. The staff was accommodating and friendly. I was able to check in early without any trouble.

The elevator was broken and the exit door at the end of the building was broken and stuck open. It does not shut all the way when you go out it. Lacks security that the card reader at the entrance door requires.

Everything was great Everyone is very friendly and helpful great place to stay. The breakfast was great as well . Waffles were very good potatoes and egg was good and the bacon was great as well.

I have stayed at this property several times, and have never been disappointed. The facility is beautifully decorated, always clean, and the staff is absolutely amazing. Comfort Suites Bay City will always be my choice, when I visit.

There is not a single thing I did not like.

It was nice and the staff was nice.

That check in was at 3 but our room wasn’t ready. We checked out a previous hotel at 11 and was carrying around all our things before we could check in at 3 and upset it wasn’t ready.
