We loved the breakfast that was offered. There was a little of everything for each one of us. The rooms were roomy and not too cramped which was appreciated. The staff was all very friendly and attentive.

I didn't really care for the outdated bathroom. The tub was very old and there was some peeling paint, the water was coming out and leaking from the shower head like crazy and the lighting wasn't the greatest.

Hotel room was clean.

It's 9am and there is no more bacon. Continental breakfast doesn't fit for everyone. As I'm allergic to gluten. They only had grits and sausage. Cooks didn't have no more bacon as if they aren't prepared for the busy weekend of spring break. They were forced to cook more omelettes cause they had ran out I was not the only one who left the room. Not nice. Now, I'm forced to go to a restaurant to pay for something I've had already paid for, breakfast.

We enjoyed the pool area, and the staff was very accommodating. We enjoyed the stay, the beds were very comfortable. The section for snacks was very well stocked.

The only negative we had, is out of your control. The business next door that has the patio plays loud music until almost midnight. We were there for a tournament and my son needed his rest, that is out of your control. The stay was pleasant and if it would of been just for leisure we would have been perfectly fine.

The breakfast had a varied menu and plentiful food. The room was clean and well maintained. One morning a group of teen age boys were there with their huge appetites. The staff kept providing food so they were fed and also the other guests. They made sure they did not run out of food.

Since we stayed several nights, I had to ask for clean towels. I like clean towels every day, When I asked they were provided very quickly,

Breakfast eggs, bacon, bagels, eggs, drinks were not good. The milk for cereal was dated, old & sour, had to dispose of the entire meal so we ended up having yogurt only. It used to be good tasting in the past.

Location was great front desk had great customer service and the breakfast was excellent!!

Only downside to it was we were put next door to a family with several small children that were at times very loud with a banging and the slamming of the doors but other than that all was great.

Liked the area and all staff were very polite,!attentive and very respectful.

The only thing we did not like was the shower pressure.

The property was very clean. I’m very big on smell and the hotel smelled wonderful. This was the first hotel that I’ve ever been to that has smelled that good.

Everything was excellent

HI is centrally located and easy excess yo eateries, shopping and entertainment. The Staff snd room service were just top notch. Very professional and helpful.

The rooms are starting to show aging and not fresh. There seemed to be a shortage of towels. The towels, although clean, were dingy gray and hard. Room carpeting, although vacuum clean, is old and worn.

The bed was huge! I was not expecting it to be that big. I also loved very much the breakfast included. I definitely made time for that each morning I was there. I also liked the fact that the hotel was right next to a little lake. I'd take a few walks next to it some nights before going back to my room to sleep. The ducks were good company and very nice.

It was a bit too pricey for only a couple of nights. The pool was also very, very dirty. I did not get to swim in it at all because of that.
