Excellent service. Room is somewhat basic but was clean, well maintained, and had everything I needed. Everything worked and the WI-FI was fine. The price was reasonable, though in no sense a bargain.

Location is convenient in the sense of being right on the Interstate and not far from center, but the traffic pattern around the hotel is complex and hard to manage, and there is a lot of traffic. The breakfast is as, advertised (continental), minimal and loaded with carbs. Even adding boiled eggs or some protein bars would help. Sugar-free yogurt and oatmeal (there was none) would also be an improvement. Lobby area is sterile and unappealing. The hotel is being converted to a full-fledged Best Western and the pool was being renovated, so there will probably be improvements soon--probably with a higher price as well.

Everything was great. Rooms nice and cold. Hotel smelled a little damp but nothing horrible. VERY CLEAN! Great taco stand right next door. RAULS!

Had coffee but breakfast was the same daily. Just waffles, cereal or yogurt. No eggs bacon or sausage. Only coffee. No juices.

The staff was very friendly and the price was great. Was secure and clean, felt safe, Thanks and will recommend this SureStay by Best Western.

I don’t like when Hotels have to charge a deposit fee, yes I understand that when there is no damage we get it back, but it is a desastre with the Mexican credit card. When at least would charge the deposit on cash would be nice

Clean, friendly, comfortable, and overall good value. Room had everything I needed including microwave etc. Would stay there again.

The room was spacious with dated furniture and carpet but clean. The female receptionist at check-in was friendly.

faucet to the sink in bathroom not located right so in got floor water and had to use on of our two towels. Also had requested first floor room and did not get one.

The location and the rooms are super confortavke

The tv reñiste buttons are kind of hard. It would also be nice if they had smart TVs

Beds were comfy but to high

It looks very old, a lot of “bad repairs” and lizards in the elevator in the hallways walls

Breakfast was fine...wish there was was scrabbled eggs thou. Overall waffle and cereal not bad.

Access from outside doors to room had 2 entrances not working,,,please fix that for march please.
