There were tiny bugs in the room. The staff came to the room to investigate and assured us that they were not bed bugs and that they were harmless. They did offer us another room, but we decided to stay in that one after being told the bugs were harmless. We had a graduation to get to and didn't want to have to pack up and move upstairs. The bathroom could have been cleaner. It looked like behind the toilet hadn't been cleaned in a while.

Please see above for our dislikes. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was good and the location was good.

We stayed here 5/30-31/25. Great location for dining, Walmart, gas stations, HEB etc. The staff was very personable, professional & courteous. Judy & Camille (I think this is her name) are real nice ladies. We returned on June 8th & there was another lady performing double duties. She was doing housekeeping & front desk when we checked in on the 8th of June. Great staff and nice breakfast.

Loved how friendly the staff was! It was cozy and quiet! We felt so relaxed here!

I think they were under renovation, but the pool had several places where ties were missing and some discoloration around the bottom of it, but water seemed fine. Couches in the room felt kind of like sticky as well as the surfaces, but it may been from furniture cleaner. Not unhappy with my stay but figured it should be noted so it can be fixed.

The breakfast was decent. I had apple juice, scrambled eggs, potatoes, and a biscuit with butter. There was also a waffle making station, breakfast sausage, yogurt, and various other options that I didn't get a chance to try.

The only issue was that the vending machines were down, but the workers at the front desk were selling what would've been in the vending machines.

Family in Copperas Cove, with events in Killeen and Belton, made this hotel a great location. The breakfast provided was a nice variety, with both hot and cold options.

The decaf coffee was just warm in the breakfast room, not hot. But it was a good cup of coffee otherwise. Even though there's no pets or smoking allowed, the couch in our room had 2 very obvious holes on the arm.

Close to WalMart, many restaurants, shopping. Convenience of location to Ft. Cavazos, where our family lives. Pool was clean, and good sized for swimming with our family. Breakfast was amazing with so many options. Overall we enjoyed the stay. Would definitely recommend this property.

Great location, reasonable rates, good breakfast. Right across the street from the walmart, so easy to grab anything else you need. Staff was really helpful.

They were having problems with their keys, but supposedly that was scheduled to be fixed soon.

The room was clean. Bed comfortable. Had breakfast available.

Was to overpriced. Roof in the room had an old patch job from a leak. Looked like needed attention, probably needs new patch. The couch in the room was messed up, so couldn't sit on it. For a king suite and the price could have been better.

The bed was the most comfortable bed we have ever found in a hotel, and we have stayed at a lot of different hotels. Everything was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really good.

The pressure of the toilet flush was very powerful and a little startling lol. But it was not a problem at all.

Very clean room was large and extremely comfortable!

The only problem I had being on the 2nd floor, and being a large woman I would’ve loved having and elevator. It would’ve made it a lot easier with my bags to carry down.
