Breakfast was good, rooms were okay and location was convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful . I booked at first with an incorrect date and was able to rebook with no issue. We were given the rooms right away. The room are nice with a nice decor.

King size room: The bathroom door was stuck to the floor for king size room. Very hard to open and close. The towels, bed sheets and blankets need upgrade. The main door of our room towards the bottom even when closed still had a space where you could see the hall. The main door lock was not working. The couch at the reception is very old and needs upgrade. The place is still under construction but that did not bother much.

This is the location & hotel I stay at every time I visit family in Texas, the breakfast was good.

I really didn't have a bad experience or couldn't find anything wrong.

The price was perfect for our overnight stay, and the room had a wonderful cold AC! Really appreciated the usb & standard outlets that allowed us to keep all of our devices charged.

The room needed more art!! The king suite should have a comfortable chair for the desk, not a metal patio chair... but overall, things were comfy.

I have stayed at the Sleep Inn many times over the past 7 years. The employees have ALWAYS been nice, helpful and enjoyable. The breakfast is good and I’ve never gotten a room that wasn’t clean or uncomfortable. My wife and I really enjoy this place.

What I didn’t like has nothing to do with the Sleep Inn, I have booked my reservations for the past 7 years through Booking.com. This time when I made the reservation I made it with no cancellation; my granddaughter decided to go with us so I knew I couldn’t cancel my reservation but they charged me $23 to change to a double room. That is totally wrong, I didn’t cancel and they had the room, the difference in cost was $8 but Booking.com charged me $23. It’s for that reason I will no longer use Booking.com. I’ll use Choice Hotels app or Hotels.com.

Hi, the breakfast was outstanding I didn’t have to go out to go find a restaurant to eat. All I had to do was catch the elevator go on the first floor and enjoy my breakfast.

More towels in the bathroom it was four of us. The pull out bed was stained, and I had to go downstairs to get linen to make it up myself but everything else was OK and I would stay the next time I go back to Killeen.

Clean hotel aging alilttle, friendly staff the free breakfast is always nice.

There was some disturbance, people came down the hall knocking on doors (ours was one) looking for other people. The guest across the hall were smoking that illegal drug and the smell was reaching our room. Iv stayed here several times before that's why I recommend it. Still was a nice stay, will stay again. Just keep to myself.

We had slept in and did not partake in breakfast

All service and facilities were very accommodating staff was very polite, housekeeping was very friendly. Every time that my wife and I come to Killeen, Tx, we always stay at this same Sleep Inn. We’ve visited this same Motel probably 10 times.

Place was clean & not sketchy at all. They had working cameras so it made me feel a lot safer about staying in hotel & leaving our car. Also, breakfast was great! Thought it was going to be a simple breakfast like cereal and milk. They had a wider variety than what I assumed.

The beds are very springy, but regardless we slept well. I still enjoyed my stay there.

The property changed into a “Spark by Hilton” hotel between my booking and arrival. Everything had just been redone, so it looked brand new.

We weren’t impressed by the bagel bar for breakfast so we skipped it.

Location, friendly staff, comfortable beds, cleanliness even though they were renovating.

They were renovating and the lobby was in disarray. We had to switch rooms as the first room had mildew or mold on the ceiling.
