This was a great hotel. Will definitely stay here again on future trips to Killeen/Harker Heights area. Polite and friendly staff, great breakfast options in a clean area, a practically brand new (at least looking) workout room with a lot of different options for exercise, comfortable beds, clean rooms, good water pressure in shower, etc.

I am very fussy and often critical of hotels, and I honestly can't think of a single thing to put in this section.

The breakfast concierge was very pleasant and inviting. She kept the entire seating area and breakfast buffet clean. Everything was kept full and stocked. The food was kept hot. Great experience!

That there was no fresh cut fruit. Also, I would have enjoyed having a tub.

The price and lovation

The room had a tub but no tub faucet. It only had a shower head which I tried using to fill the tub but that didn’t work. By the time the tub got a small amount of water in it the water was cold. Very puzzling why there was no tub faucet.

Breakfast had many choices. 2 flavors of waffle. Sausage was more like a hot dog but tasted ok. Eggs(?). Generally good. Shower was amazing. Nice size and very clean. Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet. Water in the room was nice touch.

The front desk was amazing!! The property was clean, breakfast was delicious and out on time. Overall one of the best Hampton Inns we’ve stayed at.

Nothing bad to say.

At the beginning, we had a little trouble with our reservation, but the staff went far and beyond to fix it. Our stay was comfortable and relaxing.

There is nothing me or my family can complain about.

Great friendly customer service. Easy and fast check in process. Good food, very clean, comfortable beds and very good location to my needs.
