The bathroom was designed great for accessibility with a wheelchair, but there were finishing issues that I think the contractor should be called on (the caulk was not finished on the shower tiles, the floor tiles weren't straight and had paint on them where someone walked across, the threshold that should have been flush to the bathroom tiles was set on top of the bathroom tiles causing a trip hazard). If I were the owner, I'd be ticked at a botched install on what was otherwise a well planned bathroom.

The property has been updated and is very clean. The beds were very comfortable and breakfast was just right. The hotel was unable to accommodate my request for a king room since I was traveling alone and instead I ended up with a queen handicap room -- it was very large, but it was laid out well -- and I had lots of room to spread out, lol! I would stay at this property again.

The rooms were very nice and it was very clean. My daughter loved the Cinnabon cinnamon rolls.

I totally understand that you have to clean, but I was woken up by someone vacuuming in the room above ours at 8:30 and couldn’t go back to sleep. We got in at 3 am from a softball tournament and I was hoping for at least one more hour of sleep. For almost 200$/night- I thought that was pretty expensive.

Your front desk representative was invaluable. We moved to a different hotel; the one we reserved was not nice. His smile made my day! We also loved the chocolate chip cookies!!

The free popcorn every evening. Free coffee 24/7 and the complimentary breakfasts every day. Room was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was good but we were there for 6 mornings and the same thing each morning was served. In their defense we stayed at the time of the ice storm so there was a possibility of delayed deliveries or low on staff

Having laundry services available in the building we were staying in. I didn't want to carry loads back and forth to a partnered hotel, especially with the temperatures in the 20 to 30's

It was quiet, clean and the staff was professional. They met the expectations for the detailed requests,

I asked to be away from the elevators and my room was straight ahead exicitng the elevators but it was quiet thank goodness!

The TV was out during our whole stay. We were givem a 20% discount for the inconvenience. The pancake maker for breakfast was also not working.

5 big pillows for the bed; plenty of hot water; heat exchanger did a good job

NO hand towels; inadequate number of towel racks in the bathroom; bed was too firm for me (i am 345 Lbs, woke with a lower back ache); heat exchanger was a bit too noisy; i understand the pandemic and economic policies of Biden admin are driving prices up, but this room still was a bit pricey

I didn't care for the breakfast. They should of had more choices for the meat and eggs. I cannot eat onions and peppers and sausages are iffy. That was our choice at least two of the days.
