Staff were very nice and pleasant. Breakfast was good! Kids enjoyed swimming almost everyday but the last 2 days they closed the pool and said it needed to be cleaned. Rooms very spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Washer and dryer available was a plus! Nice quiet hotel that is very family friendly!

Last 2 days of our stay the pool was closed, they said it needed to be cleaned. Fitness center had no functioning cardio machine.

The hotel staff was very polite and professional. The room has a sitting area with a sofa and chair. It also has had a mini fridge as well as a microwave. They also have a nice sitting area for the continental breakfast.

I had difficulty turning on the shower and the tub drained slowly. There was an odor throughout the hotel, including the lobby. It’s hard to describe, but it was like a musty or moldy smell. There was a pretty decent sized stain on the carpet inside the room in the middle of the floor.

I loved that the location was only 10 minutes from our event and close to restaurants and stores, especially buccees.

The restroom was not cleaned upon our arrival. It looked as if someone did number 2 before we got there and the house keepers forgot to clean it. The bath tub wasn't very clean either. The pillows on the beds were not soft enough.

One of the keys doesn’t work, I ask two times in the front desk and still no work, the second day the water was shutdown

The breakfast was fine. The rooms were large and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helped as much as they could.

The pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. I tried to add my AAA discount but wasn't allowed to do so because I booked online. I would suggest that you change this. I was told my payment would be taken when I arrived so I thought I should be able to add that discount. There isn't much flexibility if you book online. Next time I will book through the hotel.

Clean friendly

The elevator was not working. My wife has a broken foot and it was difficult getting her to the third floor to our room. They would not consider giving us another room closer to ground level or even a discount for our obvious inconvenience.

Friendly service and very clean hotel. Good breakfast selection and good location.

The dryer in the laundry room needs replaced or repaired. We ran our clothes through 2 cycles, and then we had to go 20 miles to another town to find a open laundry mat at midnight.

It’s mostly away from the main hub of town.

It is located next to a main highway so you do hear lots of traffic noise.

Everyone was really friendly and there's always somebody there to help you if needed

Staff very friendly. Left an iPad in the room and was turned over to front desk and returned to us!!

Breakfast was grab and go type. Would like to have had more filling options.
