The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good and the pool and hot tub are nice.

It is currently going through renovations so the lobby was a little “torn up” and noisy during the morning and day, but I wasn’t there during the day so it really didn’t affect me. The lobby will look really nice once the renovations are complete. It was very quiet at night though.

It was great!!! Everything was good. The only thing that was a 'negative' was someone (a child) did something in the pool. That caused the pool & hot tub to be closed for the 1st evening - so that was disappointing. But everything else was great !!!!

All was well !!! The only thing I would have liked better was a different type of coffee maker in the room. But otherwise there was NO ISSUE !!

Everything was wonderful. The breakfast was perfect, along with the very nice kitchen staff who made sure we had everything we needed. I would absolutely recommend this location again, and will definitely stay here again.

I have no complaints whatsoever. This was a very enjoyable experience.

The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was great and the breakfast staff was exceptional. The hotel was clean and the beds were very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel.

There wasn't much I didn't like. The only complaint and it's a mild one is when booking the room I had requested adjoining rooms for our family with one of the rooms to be handicap accessible. When we arrived we were not given adjoining rooms but 2 rooms next to each other and neither room was handicap accessible. I had to request a toilet seat riser for my Mom and the front desk lady didn't understand what I was requesting and seemed to need a little more training at the front desk. We finally did receive one and it met her needs. The tubs were shallow enough for her to get in and out of. The above comments did not deter us from having a wonderful stay.

The Shower was great and had a grab bar in the shower for better safety! The hotel staff were helpful. And, the bed was pretty comfortable.

Parking is a bit scarce but is nice.

Facility was great. Breakfast and staff was top notch. I have been disappointed at the last couple Hampton Inns we stayed at. Thought it was a sign of slow chain demise. This location is what I use to always expect.

Hot tub wasn’t hot.

Beds are comfortable, Hot tub helped with my back pain, and the breakfast omelette and potatoes were a nice change.

Everything was fine till the last night… someone was placed in room above us who paced the floor, all night and into the next morning. I’m a teacher and being I have worked with SPED, it’s possible the person was autistic. This is why we did not complain. So our room was right next to elevators, maybe having a business area and leisure area would be considered in future.

The bed was super comfy, and the location was perfect for our event. We attended an event at the Civic Center, and we could just walk back to the hotel. The breakfast was wonderful too!

This may sound minor, but the toilet paper brand is terrible.

The breakfast was great the kitchen staff was very welcoming and helpful. Got the hot tube wish it would of worked while we were there. But the staff at the front desk gave us a discount for the inconvenience. We will be staying there again.
