Great breakfast, clean pool, comfortable bed, fridge, microwave, instant hot water with good flow, lots pillows, thick towels, friendly staff, easy to access from road, sofa bed for kids, closet to hang clothes and drawers, good lighting, good temp control. Pet friendly

We turned off A/C when out and room smelled musty on return. They had those teenie shampoo bottles instead of shower dispensers. Think rugs need deep cleaning. Exit stairwells are gross, rugs need to be replaced! Never pool towels available.

This hotel is the absolute BEST!!!! My reservation went so great and the staff was so courteous over the phone and then of course upon our arrival, the welcoming staff was very nice!!!! Any requests that were made, were tended to quickly. The pool was wonderful!! Beds..omg it was hard to wake up because it was so comfortable and clean!!! The air conditioning was exceptional!!! The room felt like paradise and it smelt so freaking good!!! Housekeeping was oh so nice. Breakfast was amazing!! I can't could go on and on but then it would be a book lol. Anytime y'all need a commercial done, don't hesitate to reach out to me because I certainly would do it😁🥰🥰🙌🏾

The staff was incredible, they went above and beyond to help us fix the booking error that I made and didn’t think twice about it. They were always so happy and friendly. The hotel was clean and quiet! we were here for a baseball tournament and had to leave by 7 AM so we were bummed we wouldn’t be able to make it to breakfast, but once the staff found out they had breakfast ready by 6 o’clock for us. Hands-down, one of the best experiences we have had in all of our travel ball!! Thank you guys so much

We didn’t stick around for breakfast, but I loved the staff (especially the person at the front desk when we checked in). We really loved the room - it was a 2 queen sized bed suite and it had an extra pull-out bed that would be great for kids. I felt safe there. Next year, we plan to stay at this hotel on our way to Houston, as well as on the way back - even if it means driving a little further. I think it’s definitely worth it!!

The staff were super nice and helpful on all matters. I enjoyed the extra pillows,which made for comfortable lounging while watching TV.

I forgot to pack shampoo and conditioner, and when I went to take a shower there were 2 bottles of conditioner in the hotel shower, with no shampoo in sight.

Breakfast was very good. Many items to choose from. All were very tasty and prepared properly. The bed in the room was exceptionally comfortable. I don't normally sleep well in a strange location the first night, but I did then.

The water pressure in the lavatory and shower left a little bit to be desired. Other than that, I have nothing negative to report regarding the stay.

The beds were comfy and breakfast was good with a big selection.

Owner knew of a couple events in town this weekend so he doubled the prices. The front desk person told us that he did this just because he can. Crazy! Also, the USB plugs beside the bed only work when the lights are on. So leaving our phones plugged in overnight did not charge them because the lights were off.

Clean and friendly staff

The second night it sounded like I heard of elephant, running up and down the stairs and back-and-forth down the hallway on the second floor. There were several people and children out in the halls very late and seem to be celebrating something.

rooms were spacious and comfortable. great breakfast. clean lobby and dining areas. convenient parking and location to our events. friendly staff.

it was a surprise to learn that in ADDITION to the expected incidentals charge, they also tack on a 15% fee for whatever…even asking did not get a good reason other than “it’s corporate and automatically computer generated. it will come off at check out.”. there was nothing relevant to that fee on Booking. in very fine print AFTER our cards were run there was a notification on the registration slip. all they’d told us was “initial here and here.”. shame on us for not reading that whole dang thing! We travel frequently, are members of several hotels groups but have NEVER experienced this. just felt it should have been pointed out upon check in.

Room was good size, bed was comfortable, breakfast was tasty and there was some variety.

Elevator was not working at the hotel and I was on the third floor. There were only 10 channels on the TV. Lighting in the room needs improvement.
