The staff were very courteous and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the shower was hot and had great water pressure! Everyone was kind to my dogs, which always goes a long way with me.

The breakfast could have been a bit better, and (for my personal taste) it would have been nice to have honey available for my tea. I imagine there are others who would have liked some for their biscuits, as well. More importantly, the lighting in the room was very dim - even more so than most hotels. I feel that consideration should be given to improving that.

We had a short trip. Check in was easy and friendly. Check out was handled very well by the female clerk with purple hair. She did a good job of handling a situation that could have been VERY ugly. My son witnessed a car hit a parked car pulling into a parking spot. We took pictures and went to the front desk to let them know. We have no idea who the owner of the parked car was. (minor if any damage). The driver came in very ugly and physically stepped in front of me talking to the clerk and told me to stay out of her business. The clerk politely checked me out and went out with a clipboard to see what happened. We left without any other exchanges.

Breakfast was nice but biscuits needed heating in the microwave,

We had to extend our stay by a day and we were directed back to booking.com for a better rate then they could offer on site.. I thought that was very good of them to let me know that... I have no complaints about anything.. the facilities were very clean there is a bit of construction going on but it caused no problems during our stay. I'm sad I didn't get a picture of our room.. but I did get a few of the facilities.. we used the pool and the laundry room during our stay both were very clean and we'll kept.

There is not one bad thing I could say..

We had to stay here for almost 2 weeks while we got our new home situated. There aren’t any bad comments for this place! The beds were super comfortable. The rooms were VERY clean (even a note was left in our room by the housekeeper that stated she had cleaned the room thoroughly) The staff was super nice, the location is pretty good because we could easily jump on the expressway or drive around the corner to Walmart/other restaurants and food places. There was breakfast included which was also decent! Our whole time there we didn’t have any problems at all!

Hot water is kind of hit or miss. In our first room it was a lottery kind of situation (at any given time it could be hot but mostly it would stay warm). In our second room however it was hot! Not really a problem honestly but I know some people like hot water :-)

Beds were really comfy. The room was really nicely appointed. Bathroom was a really nice big size. The coffee was awesome!!!

The breakfast was disappointing. These places used to at least have cold hard boiled eggs so we could have some protein and some with gf intolerance could eat something. There was a smell of oil around the elevator and in the hallway. Don’t know why

the location of the hotel was perfect for us because we were attending the Renaissance festival. we arrived and promptly got assisted in check in. got to the room which was tidy and clean. the hotel never had a “smell” and the breakfast was good and worked well with our schedule.

wish there more entrances and exits to the parking lot was a bit confusing to only have the one. the bedding had a few—what looked to be ink stains. the remote was not the best due to the plate cover for the batteries was missing making it temperamental. the mirror light and clock did not work in the bathroom. also the vent fan in the bathroom did not work.

All the staff were super friendly and the rooms were clean and breakfast was hot !!

It was not their fault but the elevator was not working due to bad storms passing through.

Easy access from the highway. Brightly lit. Very nice staff. Large room.

AC worked well but is loud. The shower handle came off while trying to adjust the temp. I put it back on and it worked fine. There were several poor joints in finishes - paint, caulking, ill fitting joints when different surfaces came together.

The location of the place was fantastic, and the room was spacious and comfortable with an exceptional level of cleanliness. The breakfast provided was decent.

I had a disappointing check-in experience with the staff at the front desk. Despite the hotel not being busy, they made multiple customers wait until exactly 3:00 p.m. to check in. The staff member was distracted by their phone and treated customers poorly. It was an unnecessary and unpleasant experience.
