The staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The lobby was clean and inviting. We did not use the bar area, but the food looked tasty. I like that our room had a sofa area, microwave and mini fridge. I like that the room included "real" drinking glasses, not just plastic ones. The bed and bedding was very comfortable. The A/C worked very well. I appreciated the makeup romover pad, and I promptly received a second one for our second night from the front desk when I requested it.

There was no Kleenex in the room. My husband and I both suffer from allergies, so we found ourselves having to fashion Kleenex from the toilet paper. While the bed and bedding were very comfortable, the pillows were mediocre. There were 4 pillows, but they were all very soft. Toiletries were minimal. It would have been nice to have body lotion as well.

Staff was so helpful and kind!! Loved the block-out seamless shade. This kept out all light and was even helpful with noise.

Bar music across the street on Friday night was a bit excessive. No fault of hotel. It affected the vibe of the area. I requested a top floor room - was on 2nd floor. Why are Booking reservations placed on the first or second floor?

Priced as if in a top-notch city instead of in the midst of what seems to be concrete factories. Shocking to pay $300 for a night based on where it is…40 minutes outside of Dallas

Everything was lovely, nicely decorated for Christmas, and the rooms were clean and quiet.

The bathrooms, while clean, didn't match the high-end feel of the rest of the hotel.

The water was cold Monday morning. I think a letter should have gone on every door. Additionally, my room smelled of cat pee. Room was later sprayed with fragrance.

The location was wonderful for me and the staff were very welcoming, pleasant, helpful and nice!! The room was very comfortable and the shower was superb!!

The WiFi is very slow. Tried to stream some movies to watch on my Apple TV and couldn’t because the WiFi had too many issues.

Did not participate. Bartender bored @happy hour.

Room smelled musty. Bath tub knob fell off. Elevator needs repair asap.

Pre check in was awesome. My room was ready before the checkin time like I requested.

The coffee was absolutely horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Learn how to brew a darn pot of coffee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
