We go to this hotel every year. The staff are friendly and have a good sense of humor. They are very helpful. They seem to be happy with their job. The room had a desk with desk chair, table with regular chair, 1 overstuffed chair, large flat screen TV, microwave, little fridge, and comfortable bed. Internet worked fine. The AC was cool enough for us older folks. They honored my request for a room on the first floor.

1 washcloth and 1 hand towel for two people. Very little food for breakfast, but Waffle House within 2 miles. Some of the outlets did not work and one of the USB places to charge was broken (in our son and daughter in laws room). We had 2 rooms on this trip. Ours were OK. The AC could have been a little bit cooler.

The staff was friendly and helpful! The property was really clean!

The only thing that kept me from giving this place a 10 out of 10 was the mattress was really firm (my preference is a softer bed) and we were in the room closest to the front desk and could hear everyone's conversations at the desk. I think the morning staff had some music going early in the morning that woke me.

The room was very large. There was a desk with desk chair and a table with chair. There was also a stuffed chair and two bedside tables. There was a microwave and refrigerator. We didn't use either of them. The TV had a good selection of shows and the wireless worked fine. Lots of restaurants near if you had a car. Room on the first floor and near the front door. Luggage carts available. A special parking spot for Veterans. The staff were pleasant. The door scan key worked every time.

The bed was harder than normal. Vegan only breakfast choices except they did have milk. The coffee lids didn't fit the cups. The pool had been cemented in. Only one hand towel and washcloth. There were two bath towels.

We like the bed--very comfortable. We liked that you had more extra chairs in the room. The staff, both the gentleman when we checked in and the lady in the morning when we checked out were very friendly and courteous.

Please put carpet in the hallway. We could hear everything in the hallway, especially the carts.

Staff tremendous...breakfast on time...beds so comfortable...clean inside and out...veterans parking spot...which I nevr had any problems parking...

On the fence about the location...nice and quiet...lil far from major stores and...eateries...ovrall I would recommend ths...lodging establishment...👍👍

I was charged for one night when I could not get to the hotel in time for my reservations

I would have stayed there the following day but the staff was unwilling to apply my forfeited cost to a new room

When you walk in the door at the end of the building, it smells like weed everywhere but I think it’s their air freshener because I smelled it every time coming and going.

We liked the King sized beds in each room The AC was nice and cool. Wifi was strong. The refrigerator was cold. We did not use the microwave but there was one. TV had at least one movie channel. Food places were not far by car and pizza delivery found our rooms easily.

In one of the two rooms the privacy door latch was missing the attachment on the frame so it didn't work. The rooms were on the second floor, no elevator. That is my fault for not asking. We had a lot of luggage.

This hotel is very clean and up to date. Quiet area even though it’s located on a service road. The rooms are big, and comes with a microwave and refrigerator. Very well parking lot as well. Front desk staff and cleaning crew were all very friendly.

Everything was great.

Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and can get really cold if you like and breakfast was fine and is in a good location

There was only stairs, no elevator so beware of that, the pool is now just a concrete slab lol but other than that for the value was still worth staying
