Cleanliness was excellent! The welcoming reception desk was so very nice. The room was easily accessible with my spouse's mobility issues and the staff noted our booking request. The room maids were smiling and also welcoming.

There was very limited items for the morning breakfast. Many patrons kept looking for something other than coffee, juice and roll over pancakes to eat. Our first morning there were 3 yogurts and all of us were waiting hoping there was more for all the morning customers. Then this morning there were 2 yogurts and 2 apples. ???? There were a couple of muffins as well both mornings. The assistant stayed in the room and came out to add more straws and plastic utensils. Very strange. I politely asked her if there was any yogurt and she brought a couple out which I thanked her. It just seemed odd.

Staff was friendly and remembered us from our stay two years ago. Room was clean, comfy beds, nice and quiet, good breakfast.

We were looking forward to seeing Shirley again in the breakfast area and we're sad to hear she had retired and is having dementia related problems. We loved Shirley!

The breakfast was ok. The waffle maker was out of ingredients by the time we arrives and it was still early. Just not a whole lot of selection

Breakfast for sure. Otherwise I felt like everything was in good condition. We slept well and felt safe while we were traveling.

I enjoyed my stay though it was a short trip to meet up with family

I enjoyed the facility but the bed was a little too firm for my liking and the AC didn’t seem to be as cold as I expected. I had it set pretty low to cool off the room, expecting to have to turn it back up after a while. It never cooled the room that much to have to turn it up.

The pool was cleaned and open this stay! Most of the staff was very friendly and accommodating!

In the room for disabilities the only comfortable chair in the room was so low to the floor that I doubt I could get back up if I sat down in it

The breakfast did not have any great choices if you are no/low carb-keto-dieting. A lot of carbs!!! Scrambled eggs were funky and don’t think they were real eggs.

Smelled fresh, they worked with me & my family as we were having my dads funeral that Saturday.

Bathroom fan was loud & on same switch the light is.

The sink was clogged the water kept building up , but after a while it goes down. Other than that I was glad to get a room at a short notice. My grandfather died that night so we stayed in town and left the next day
