The bathroom was designed great for accessibility with a wheelchair, but there were finishing issues that I think the contractor should be called on (the caulk was not finished on the shower tiles, the floor tiles weren't straight and had paint on them where someone walked across, the threshold that should have been flush to the bathroom tiles was set on top of the bathroom tiles causing a trip hazard). If I were the owner, I'd be ticked at a botched install on what was otherwise a well planned bathroom.

The hotel was very clean, that is the main thing. The breakfast was good and had good selections. Ice machines on two floors, a little inconvenient, but no big deal. Good location for our situation. Overall is was a pleasant stay.

One of the employees was smoking right outside the front entrance, no way to get away from her smoke while going in and out the door to load the car.

The property has been updated and is very clean. The beds were very comfortable and breakfast was just right. The hotel was unable to accommodate my request for a king room since I was traveling alone and instead I ended up with a queen handicap room -- it was very large, but it was laid out well -- and I had lots of room to spread out, lol! I would stay at this property again.

The rooms were very nice and it was very clean. My daughter loved the Cinnabon cinnamon rolls.

I totally understand that you have to clean, but I was woken up by someone vacuuming in the room above ours at 8:30 and couldn’t go back to sleep. We got in at 3 am from a softball tournament and I was hoping for at least one more hour of sleep. For almost 200$/night- I thought that was pretty expensive.

They were very polite and let me check in early. I was in town for a family emergency.

The blankets were extraordinarily hot… it was impossible not to sweat under the covers, even with the AC set to very low.

Your front desk representative was invaluable. We moved to a different hotel; the one we reserved was not nice. His smile made my day! We also loved the chocolate chip cookies!!

The free popcorn every evening. Free coffee 24/7 and the complimentary breakfasts every day. Room was clean and comfortable.

Clean hotel and friendly staff. Convenient, right off the interstate. Plus, nice having breakfast in the morning.

Friendliness and helpfulness of staff was great. We had a light flickering in our room that was annoying but they replaced it quickly.

The breakfast was good but we were there for 6 mornings and the same thing each morning was served. In their defense we stayed at the time of the ice storm so there was a possibility of delayed deliveries or low on staff

Having laundry services available in the building we were staying in. I didn't want to carry loads back and forth to a partnered hotel, especially with the temperatures in the 20 to 30's
