The food in the morning was fantastic. The staff was absolutely amazing to work with. Our first room we were assigned was nonsmoking and smelled like it was a stale ash tray that had been smoked in for days and closed up and had no phone in it. So, I went down to the front desk and asked for the host to come up to the and check it out for us because I didn't want it to go against us and I had also asked if she could bring some air freshener, but she had said she would change our room for us, which she did. She was also very sweet and polite about it all. She also went up and went behind us and checked the room and then called us and let us know that she had went in and found the same things we did! EVEN WITH THIS HASEL WE WILL BE BACK WHEN WE COME TO RACE AND WHEN WE COME TO WATCH THE RACES!!!

The only thing that was a down fall is the y'all have body wash, shampoo, and conditioner that has PUMPKIN OIL in it. Which I Michelle is highly allergic to, and it was not fun finding out while using it. But other than that hands down amazing HOTEL!!!

I like the included breakfast and the cleanness of everything. The quietness on the halls and size of the rooms.

The location was a little scary. I think more lights are needed driving the highway getting there. Nice place overall.

#1 issue that may be reason for not staying is no usb ports to charge phones & devices. In todays high tech world this is is a must. Definitely would not stay for business purposes if I needed my computer.

Very clean and comfortable! Friendly staff! Great location! Breakfast with eggs, sausage, toast, yogurt, and fruit.

Could use a little maintenance....hair dryer was loose on the wall and magnifying mirror was also loose.

I watched the solar eclipse from the gardens of the hotel, which provide much space and are green. Staff was extremely friendly and distributed solar eclipse shades to every one.

Coming from Europe, one is used to more variety in breakfast (some fresh vegetables, like tomato)

Very clean and fairly quiet location and easy to get in and out of traffic.

Wish they had an area set aside for purchasing snacks or often forgotten traveling essentials.

EXCELLENT BFAST BAR BETTER THAN THE FAIRFIELD PROPERTY I HAVE BEEN IN. VERY GOOD SELECTION OF SNACKS AND THE COFFE MACHINE WITH BOLD COFFEE WAS A PLUS FOR ME. I WILL STAY AT THESE MORE OFTEN

KEEPING THE LOBBY BATHROOM LOCKED WHEN IN A RUSH HAVE TO GET FRONT DESK OR HOUSE KEEP TO OPEN THE DOOR

The best, pillows and linen were amazing. The beds were very comfortable. Spacious room.

There were washing machines but no dryers.

Tried to cancel one night but wouldn’t let me because a third party so I lost $175 and won’t be using booking.com anymore.going straight to the hotel

The bed sheets, pillowcases, and hand towels looked like they were older by having a few older stains. Plus the carpet in the room had several dark stains and didn't seem clean.
