Like the easily accessible pantry to purchase snacks etc. Also….. the only hotel that has a coffee creamer other than vanilla and hazelnut. Chocolate caramel is my favorite. I pick this hotel over others nearby because I can always get a good cup of coffee without having to hunt down a coffee shop!

The comforters on the bed are definitely lower tier than any other hotel I’ve been to.

Night clerk very helpful & staff very accommodating, helpful & addressed needs right away.

Hotel did not reserve the initial reservation accommodations. First room we were put in did not have a blind, only a sun screen. the attentive night clerk quickly found us another room.Did not like bleach smell on initial arrival. Did not like the very congested, loud & guests eating their lunch in lobby. Lobby guest stood in the walk way & had to be asked if one could get through.

Location, staff size of room, market was an excellent idea

Poss bar, or inc alcohol to be sold in the market when you get your license and possibly a wider range of choices

There was a circus outside our room that was very loud and the night clerk didn’t know what the noise was and didn’t care to find out and let us know. The day ppl told us they come often. Very loud when trying to sleep

Overall the property was clean and nice for the value. I did not like how the hotel only had one person cleaning the rooms which made it hard to get more toilet paper when we needed more the front desk said they did not have the key for the storage. we had to get more toilet paper the next day. Also, breakfast was very average, I was expecting a bit more than what we were given. The front desk was polite but one of the managers had an attitude and not very accommodating .

Something they couldn't control but tried. Awoken @ 6 am 2 people talking loudly, fighting? and Fri night some causing disturbance which the staff were trying to stop.

All accommodations were good.

I am waiting to hear if footage was looked at between 7-11 near room 310 due to money missing from my purse placed in drawer while visiting room 306. I have not heard from manager.

I think it's pretty convenient if you want to go to the outlet, it's right across the street and there are restaurants within walking distance. And the hotel itself is pretty decent, it's good value for money.

There were no soap bars in the hotel room. Only liquid soap which I'm not a fan. The main light in the room was burned out. I tried every switch to try to get it to turn on so I figured the bulb must have been out. Staff should check the lights daily to make sure they work for guests.
