The price for the room was very reasonable.

The water pressure in the sink was adequate. The shower hot water was not very hot. They need to get rid of that "shower radio" dispenser because they are not easy to squeeze soap out from...especially if the maids forgotten to have refilled them. And finally, I don't think they have a laundry room on the premises. There is a laundromat less than a mile away though.

The staff was great. The receptionist the lady that checked us in and out was wonderful. Her customer service skills was 100 percent accommodating, attentive, courteous , very helpful, understanding and all around wonderfully respectful nice sweet person!!!!

The only thing that bothered us was other guest smoking “weed” outside the doors on the patio. This was the fault of other uncourteous disrespectful guests.

Design and layout was beautiful. Very modern and smelled great!

It’s located directly behind a strip center. So, the view even from the top floor was of the back of a commercial building. It was dirty and kind of ruined the view. We just kept the blinds closed the entire time. Felt like a waste of a view.

Great place other than shade did not go up. And I need sunlight, I would not be able to stay again for that reason, I can have dark at night for sleeping , however not after check in, I had to sit in my car in parking lot, instead of relaxing in room which was why I got the room was to relax before work event.

Beds were comfortable, gym was nice , pool water was cold but it was cooler weather so probably would feel good in the warmer weather. The staff was very nice and helpful. Nice breakfast. The only thing was our toilet seat in our room was very loose and upon inspection, it looks like it was fixed once already and it didn't work. But overall a nice place and I would stay again

price was great except I was not aware that they charge an additional $75 fee at the location but will be returned 2-3 days after checkout , it was never mentioned but it was fine. just would of been nice to have mentioned before booking

To me, the price was high. But I booked last minute, so that’s my bad. Also, no air conditioning in the hallways. That was weird.

the beds were kinda hard, but I’m use to a really soft tempurpedic bed and my hip starts to hurt on a harder bed.. I wish hotels would get on the trend of more of a tempurpedic or at least add some kind of soft topper.

bed was not made properly on arrival. no seating in room. no in room coffee. no drinking cups in room. only one wash cloth and one hand towel

The staff was nice and very accommodating!!! TYLER was very personal, kind and professional. Enjoyed our stay.
