Miss the times that they would have actual eggs and bacon or sausage. Might have plain biscuits in addition to the sausage biscuit for those that donot eat sauage. Maybe boiled eggs offered as an option. Coffee was not very hot one morning. All in all it was very clean and inviting area to sit and enjoy breakfast. The plants in the room were amazing. Cleanliness. Manager/Owner?? unsure but she was very friendly and apparently the green thumb of the place. The plants all looked amazing throughout the hotel.

Drainage in bath tub and extra sink needed some attention. Information was relayed to manager on duty and she promptly called someone to look at it.

My room was nice and quiet. Everything was nice and clean.

The door to my room didn’t close all the way by itself. I went to my car and when I came back it was still open a bit. So while I was there I had to remember to pull it all the way. (Room 101) Also it was hard to get the right curtain closed. And on the first floor you want your curtains to close.

Exceeded my expectations for the price. I had a King suite which was extremely reasonably priced and very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Parking was great as I had a car full of items and I felt very safe with my belongings in the car. It was one of the best Values for a hotel!

Breakfast - the Jimmy Dean Sandwich wasn't great. I should have had the waffles!

Breakfast typical at these hotels. Good selection. Surprised at size of room. A king suite. Even had two sinks. Bed very comfortable. Clean. Staff very friendly. Best price in town. Will stay again.

Key card did not unlock out building doors to allow entrance. We were forced to enter through the lobby then walk almost the full length of the hall to get to our room. This wouldn’t have been a problem but our parking space both nights was at the end of the hall by our room. Had no trouble with the key card for our room door.

This is probably the nicest Hotel under $100 I've EVER stayed at. The Manager and Front Desk staff are exceptional, the rooms are immaculate, even breakfast was great! This is now my place to stay in Dumas!!!

All the staff were so friendly and helpful. When my sister and I were sitting in the lobby visiting, we were asked if we needed anything. The next day when the whole family was gathered visiting, staff opened the meeting room; so, we could visit in comfort and made sure we had everything we needed.

The pool had too much chlorine. It irritated my grandchildren's noses and throats and turned my granddaughter's black tee shirt brown. When my daughter reported the experience, she was told they didn't use chlorine as it was a salt water pool. We could clearly smell chlorine.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. We swam and the pool was clean. We brought our dog and he was welcomed. very clean and comfortable room. My alarm clock did not work but staff took note to fix it when we left. We even left a little late due to not knowing the time, staff was understanding and helpful then too. All around wonderful stay.

Breakfast should stop at 10 am. I'm not the only guest that almost missed breakfast.

The bed was not comfortable at all! The mattress was obviously worn with collapsed sides and had a terrible squeaking.

Location was great. Bed was comfortable. Shower was easy to get in and out of.

As much as I love sausage/biscuits, yours's were tasteless. They were nothing like those purchased in the grocery store. The sausage had no seasoning.
