I liked the bed and pillows. The staff was very nice and very accommodating to our needs. The night staff lady even helped my son get on Wi-Fi when I couldn't figure it out. When they were out of food in the morning, I asked for them to refill things and they did and came and found me to tell me it has been restocked

It seems like they want to get all the money they can out of their customers. Hot breakfast was a charge, which was ridiculous. They offered the basics. Also the pool was cool, I like warm pools; however, for a hot Texas day it is perfect.

Th hotel had the best price, was right off the main.road, and was close to a variety of food options. The room had everything i was expecting and lots of extra space. The TV having a personalized welcome message was a nice touch. Made me feel a bit more appreciated to see that 1st thing walking in.

My only complaint. There was no business center. No access to a computer with a printer. Its a silly complaint, and a bit petty i know. Its a nice convenience not any kind of a requirement. And it would not change my decission to stay there again.

What a fabulous surprise! We took a chance on an unknown name hotel. But their reviews were wonderful. We are traveling with a pet, and they were so welcoming. We loved pretty much everything. The manager was a delight and shared pics of her pet. The room was spotless, as was the bathroom and lobby. Breakfast was good.

I guess the only negative was the A/C was a little loud. The manager told me they are in the process of renovating the rooms on the first floor. The second floor is already done. So....A/C issue should be no more.

This hotel met our needs quite well, looking for a stop-over while driving from Colorado to Texas. The hotel is going through renovation right now, and the hostess advised us in advance of our options: older rooms on first floor, or renovated rooms on the second floor, which you have to pass through ongoing construction to reach. We chose the second floor, and the room was great - fresh and new. I expect the place will be very attractive when the renovation is finished.

The pool and hot tub was super clean. The kids had a blast and it was a good time. The breakfast had a great selections, especially the Texas shaped waffles. Breakfast staff was nice and helpful finding things like juice, etc. check-in staff was friendly and helpful and courteous giving extra towels for the pool. Mirrors were positioned conveniently and room set up was convenient.

Beds were a little hard and uncomfortable.

Miss the times that they would have actual eggs and bacon or sausage. Might have plain biscuits in addition to the sausage biscuit for those that donot eat sauage. Maybe boiled eggs offered as an option. Coffee was not very hot one morning. All in all it was very clean and inviting area to sit and enjoy breakfast. The plants in the room were amazing. Cleanliness. Manager/Owner?? unsure but she was very friendly and apparently the green thumb of the place. The plants all looked amazing throughout the hotel.

Drainage in bath tub and extra sink needed some attention. Information was relayed to manager on duty and she promptly called someone to look at it.

The hotel seems to be recently refurbished so everything was clean and new. The room was spacious, the mattress comfortably firm and the smart TV was pretty large. Overall we had a great stay.

Breakfast consists of bagels and yoghurt which was perfect for us but for others the options may seem rather limited.

The rooms are newly remodeled, fresh and clean. Bagels and granola for breakfast. Beds and pillows were comfy.

The swimming pool was very cold! Kids couldn't swim much but hot tub was nice. Air conditioner did not work well in 1 of our rooms.

Breakfast was ok. Just like most.

The property was under renovation which I didn't know about when booking but it was not an issue. Our room had been redone so we were fine with that. Just a surprise to see the door frames spray-painted onto the carpet and walls but knowing the carpet was going to be replaced wall covering also.
