Loved the rooms. The location and view were great. We really loved exploring the facility. They have so many ballrooms and really cool areas tucked in the hotel. Parking is across the street but seemed to be fairly safe with security on site. The pool was very nice. They had yard games and a little bouncer that my kids enjoyed.

The staff member who checked us in was not very welcoming. She was very serious and didn’t seem to care to chat at all. We asked for some recommendations as we’re not familiar with the area and she basically just pointed to a paper. I was looking for some personal feedback but she wasn’t interested at all. There wasn’t anyone behind us either so it’s not like she needed to rush us out. It was very dead when we stayed. The lady who worked the next morning seemed much more pleasant. She said hello and asked us how our morning was so that made up for my bad customer service experience.

Love the hotel. We try to stay at Moody when we go to Galveston. It is a little off the main strip, so we don't have to listen to traffic going by. The staff is always amazing and very helpful with local hidden gems. There is vallet parking, so I don't have to try to find a parking spot, and when I call for my car, it is always cool when we get in.

The room we stayed in, the bathtub drain was very slow. We informed the staff, but the hotel was completely booked, so they didn't have time to fix it before we left. That is not always the case, just this once.

What an amazing trip. From check in to room service and countless activities to experience on the property, our only complaint is we didn’t book an additional 3 days! Shout out to the manager and staff who provided an exceptional experience. Valet is a bit pricey, but a must have, and worth every penny. Staff is friendly, room service is quick and the food selection and on property Starbucks was impressive. The swim up bar was hopping and always had seating available even when busy. We booked 2 rooms but were upgraded for a reasonable fee to the 2 bedroom suite. WOW! This property really has it down to a science. The pool has its own music, which is loud, but a nice volume so you can still have conversations and even with our own private balcony, we couldn’t hear the festivities or music inside. Restaurant pricing is standard, not overpriced and breakfast for 4 with adult beverages runs $120. Kids meals feed a grown adult, so if you order off that menu, you won’t be disappointed. Adult drinks on property run $9-$16 and has an impressive list of signature drinks. Our 3 night/4 day trip was simply not enough for us to experience near what we wanted to. We are already planning another trip.

My family had an absolutely fantastic time! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at ease. The safety and security measures were top-notch, which allowed us to relax and enjoy our stay fully. Our kids were particularly thrilled with the pool; it quickly became their favorite spot to splash around and have fun. The location is truly unbeatable. It's nestled in a quiet, quaint area that offers a cozy and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for unwinding. We loved exploring the surroundings and discovering charming local spots. Overall, we cherished every moment spent there, creating memories that we'll hold dear. We're already looking forward to our next visit and can't wait to return for another wonderful experience!

Good location if you're looking to unwind. Far enough to avoid the beach crowds but a decent location to drive to get a meal. Located right by the Moody Aquarium and Rainforest both which I highly recommend.

The $6 bottles of water kinda caught me off guard.. no real biggie though. The schedule of the restaurant on top of the building had it closed 2 of our days so if you're looking forward to treating yourself to great foods with a top of the building view, check your schedule with theirs. I wanted to take my wife there for our anniversary however I didn't verify the schedule before we went. No fault of the hotel or restaurant.

I loved the room design and bed comfort. My view was really nice. Having a magnifying mirror was great, but the light was broken. Bathrobe was appreciated I enjoyed my stay overall.

The long walk to my room away from exit doors. The ice machine was not easy to find and then was broken. The makeup mirror was broken. The clothes hanger for drip drying swimsuits was broken. I had to hang the shower curtain on its hooks myself as it was improperly hung. Arrival parking for check-in was a little confusing and the valet system was imposing. Dining options were not easy to navigate. The parking lot was covered in trash.

Everything room service was great good fresh food. Best heated huge pool. Huge hot tub so people don’t crowd each other. Yoga 🧘 class was the best I ever did on Tuesday night. Great gym with every piece of equipment you could possibly need. And dry sauna in locker rooms. Great restaurants. Silent auctions are fun. Beautiful grounds with tropical 🌴 plants and flowers they have a lot of trails to walk. Plenty to keep you busy and plenty of quiet places to go off to and relax. And Fun game room and lots of fun games to play outside near pool area

We liked having multiple options for food and snacks, even up to 10 p.m. Enjoyed the Billiards room at night with pingpong, pool tables, and shuffleboard. Lots of people were using the pool, so maybe it was heated, and outdoor tables, games, and movies playing outside. We enjoyed the walking trail and visited Aquarium and Rain Forest. We could have gone to the Visitor Center and watched a 4D movie there in the evening when most of the visitors had gone. There is a lot to do, having the hotel colocated with the Aquarium, Zip Line, Rain Forest, Schlitterbahn, boat tour, walking trail, playgrounds, huge swimming pool. The hotel has a lot of sitting areas/nooks tucked away, as well as a large lobby with seating.

Lots of walking, several banks of elevators and lack of signage led to a lot of confusion about how to find our way to closest door to get outside with our pet. We encountered quite a few people who were "lost" as well. Maybe a map of the hotel would help. Guests will realize the pricey room reflects the many conveniences and amenities of the property; while the room is adequate, it isn't luxurious and does show a bit of "run down" look -- chipped tub, lower water pressure, no microwave, some outlets not working -- but this isn't a place to waste in your room.

The flexibility of checking in

The bed linen has old blood, contaminated swimming pool (my small child had diarrhea right after swimming), no camera in hallway, any people can access the elevators.

The staff was super friendly, house keeping was great & the vallet staff as well. Everyone at the attractions as well highly recommended palm beach & doing all the exhibits plus 4d theater try it all! Great place for family’s.

Everything was great but it was my first time staying there. I wish that at check in I would of been advised where & what all was available to do on the property. Including where to park & details of vallet & self parking. I have two toddlers & honestly my head is going 1000000 miles per hour I don’t think to ask all these questions I just want to get things done to keep them from throwing fits. I didn’t know about palm beach until my husband and I looked at a map at the rainforest exhibit. Also would of loved to know that tickets for the attractions were discounted if we bought them at the front desk. Everything was great but again it be great if more information was provided at check in. Especially if it’s a guest first time there.
