The rooms were clean and nice size. The housekeeping staff were friendly and accommodating. Close to the Ocean and Seawall.

In the pictures it shows a small burner and dishes but the room didn't come with those items. I received an email that those items I could get with a $50 refundable deposit but once I got to the front desk the clerk very rudely said she didn't know what I was talking about. And even after showing her the email she continued to be rude and said that it wasn't any option.

good quality for price, the room was clean and colourful with good A/C, and they accommodated our request to be on the second floor without trouble! very friendly staff :)

the outside looks run down so we were a bit worried, but the room was a pleasant surprise which made up for the dated appearance. that being said, the water pressure wasn't great, and two of the outlets didn't work, but by no means was it unlivable. perfect stay for someone on a budget!

The staff was super friendly and helpful, beds were comfy and clean. Very well-priced for being on the island and not 30-45 minutes away like most affordable stays.

The internet and cable were kind of trash, but it encouraged my kids to go to bed. You have to make a uturn to get to it and another one to get to where all the things are.

Misty the lady that checks you in was awesome I needed a room downstairs and it didn't have microwave or refrigerator but she got us got us both and then called me to tell us our room was ready it's nice and quiet and the bed is comfortable.

Amanda at the front desk was very helpful when I was checking in ,she took the time to accommodate my stay even fixed the issue I was having with booking service. Vernon in the morning was very professional & kind.

I didn't like that the rooms with The kitchenette Were only upstairs, and I would have preferred a downstairs, but i was happy with what I had.

Our room was on second floor had to walk up 2 long set of steps I have a prosteade leg it was hard was told because I had booked 2 months in advanve thats all they had

I was transferred to another another room because the shower was not working. They should b checking the room before they let it be used for business.
