Love the location, the pool was nice. The room smelt a little like mildew but overall as decent. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We live 3.5 hours away and we were already an hour into our drive when we received a call that the hot water was not working. We decided to still go since we were already that far out. Upon arriving I asked would the room price be discounted because of that issue and they did not discount it. There’s also a lot of construction going on and it’s an eyesore. The sign has no name so upon arriving it was basically a guessing game on if it was the correct property. Also the tv had some issue where the color kept continuously changing as we were trying to watch it. I reported it to the front desk and she was very non chalant about the problem.

The location and staff were GREAT! The 2nd room they moved us to was nice and everything worked as it should after we figured out the lights were unplugged from the wall. We wished the lights were brighter instead of so dim. WE WILL STAY THERE AGAIN! :))

The backlit pole sign was not lighted at night which made it difficult to find the motel. Upon arrival, our room had not been cleaned and we had to move to another room. The wall lights in the new room didn't work. After swapping bulbs and pulling furniture away from the wall I realized the lights were unplugged from the wall. They worked after I plugged them in. We wished they were brighter instead of so dim. Other than that it was a great affordable stay! THANK YOU! :)))

Excellent value for the money. This property was newly remodeled, room was clean and nice. The pool area was nice as well. The staff was super friendly and their hospitality was excellent. I checked in with Amber at the front desk and she was very polite and had a really nice attitude and was energetic. I asked for new towels after we used the pool and they were like no problem. Would recommend this property

The location was great. Less than a block from the beach, plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Beds were comfy.

It is a little outdated. The tiles in my room were cracked and the water pressure was not great. Really would have liked breakfast included in the price. We stayed for 5 days and I had to ask after day 3 for them to come clean the room, we had not gotten any clean towels, linens, TP, or soaps restocked. They won’t come clean unless you ask them to during your stay.

The carpets in the room felt like they needed to be shampooed. The bathrooms we're not clean. At all. Tile in the bathroom could have been scrubbed out.Really good on the floor around the tub. The bath tub did not drain Properly. There was still a lot of leftover dirt dust behind the furniture. Such as the t v's stand and nightstand

I like that the hotel was in a great location. And the staff was nice and helpful. The room was nice and warm when I enter the room when the weather was cold and raining.

I didn't not like we had to wait until 4pm to enter the room. We arrived about 230pm. I understand they was under construction. I was with my elder mom.

The staff was great. The value of the hotel was greater than the quality of the room. Much needed updates. The tile was loose in the bathroom floor, the carpet in the room felt disgusting to walk on, so there for you had to wear does in the room. Much needed updates.

The quality of the room. It’s clean but the carpet is a bit disgusting to walk on, you have to wear doors & for the price I don’t feel like I should have to wear shoes in my room. Other than that, the staff was pleasant & the location is good & the room was clean.

Very Friendly Staff! I always enjoy my stay, I do wish I could outright book the handicap room, but the office staff has always been accommodating! I really like the fact that Waffle House gives a discount for those who stay at the Motel! I usually just add that to the tip, but I really appreciate the discount. AND it's within walking distance to Randall's Grocery Store! Free Cruise Parking is such a Great Thing!!

Toilet Paper would be nice, and the bathroom floor was very dirty. I somewhat understand this, as the cleaning staff has limited time/availability for such a busy hotel/motel.

Front desk (black lady) with short hair has no cuatomer service skills, very rude. This employee needs to be removed from front desk check ins and placed cleaning rooms away from customers. Website should specify deposit needs to be placed on card, and no cash deposits accepted. Free parking with hotel stay much appreciated. This was 2nd time stayed at hotel.

Check in was very easy. We were there for 3 days and it was the best value for only 2 blocks to the beach.

They are under construction so it did get a little noisy during the day. But I know once they get everything finished it will be worth it.
