Staff member once we were checking in, acknowledge quickly my dissatisfaction with being charged an additional fee in the amount of $75.00 for my Service dog and make the adjustment immediately, without asking any further questions. Very appreciative accepting my statement without making Us retrieve dog's documents and saving lots of hassle. I very much enjoy the pool lounge area and the cleanliness of it. You can't beat the location. It's located centrally next to a very necessary grocery store, Kroger.

We did try the breakfast. It was the typical standard. I did miss the pastry. The water in the sink in the room and in the bathtub did not want to go down.

Everything was good breakfast was great and the breakfast facility was really clean

Everything was nice I did see about four baby roaches but it was only in the bathroom in the middle of the night. I'm from the projects so it didn't really bother me what I didn't like was we couldn't swim they stated we could use their hotel next door because they owned it as well but my daughter had a broke foot and that was just too much walking the pool wasn't ready the entire two days we were there so it was a bummer

My family and I frequent this hotel. We love how reasonable the prices are for how close it is to the beach, family activities, and Kroger (because if you’re like us, we often forget to pack a thing or two). The pool is always wonderful, the rooms are cozy, and it’s overall a great place to stay.

The ONLY “complaint” (and I don’t even know if it’s really a true complaint) I’ve ever had here is asking for room service. I actually love the fact that you can ask for room service rather than them come by at any random point - however any time we’ve asked for them, they either never came, or came extremely late in the evening the following day (6pm). Otherwise I have no complaints!

The room was clean, our room was close to the lobby and driveway. Being picked up and dropped off was a breeze. The attendance were great, accomadating and friendly. Having the lemon water and coffee hot and ready absolutely made my jet lag not so noticeable. My daughter melted in the sheets, while watching TV. The hotel is near all the best restaurants. The beach is just a breif walk to the light. Then you safely cross the street, boom your at the beach! Fishing, swimming, surfing, sand castles, sea shell hunting is always fun. Pool was fun.

The breakfast was a bit dry. The coffee machines were broken in the dining room. Yet the atmosphere was clean and welcoming.

I loved everything about it how close it was to the pier to be able to go fishing i loved the beds the most it was soo relaxing and comfortable especially if you had the ac on cold it felt so much better

I didn't like how the staff opened the door and the cleaning ladies opened the door the following day when it was time to check out we was cleaning and I took a shower and got out then the staff opened the door and nearly saw me naked just like the cleaning ladies the day before. Didn't really like how the toilets took a long time to flush and most definitely didn't like how they said they got fast and good wifi but didn't really work on the tv and was very limited to watch shows and movies wasn't able to get on Netflix prime or none of that i didn't and I can say this on behalf of other people that stayed at PALM Beach hotel that the eggs where very disgusting they should have made scrambled eggs and better breakfast in general the biscuits and gravy was soo good the waffles aswell

That you can use the outdoor pool or the indoor pool at their sister hotel that’s a hop and a skip away plus right by the seawall and Mickey Deez 🥜

Make sure you take something to calm ya nerves if you ride the elevator i prefer the stairs cause my fat Azz need to get to steppin but the elevator shakes right before the last stop to open. I thought I was gna get stuck and it be an experience like that movie devil with the old lady that went all ape 💩 black eyed without the peas unless u pee from the shrilling thought of being stuck on an elevator with someone’s random grandma 👵 that may start flying in the corner of the elevator 🛗 and u can do shiznit about it except get scared 💩less. So I just take the stairs. Great family hotel and very helpful staff 💙💙💙

The location was great. The beach is right across the road. There is a Kroger near the hotel. Golden Corral and McDonald's are in walking distance. The hotel serves a hot breakfast. The lobby was very nice. We were there celebrating our 35th wedding and were not disappointed.

The towels were small but in good shape. The floor was sticky so I kept socks on. My socks were very dirty after walking across the room a few times. The bathtub was slippery. The baseboards in the bathroom were very dirty. There were roaches crawling everywhere. I have pictures.

ROOM 345 The price was fabulous! The room was nice and cold. However, there is some visible mold on the ceiling that was kind of icky to see. My 4y old is an asthmatic and it bothered him quite a bit. They really need to do a good spray down with vinegar to kill that mold. Its a bit dated but I'll definitely be staying there from now on! Also, huge per is the FREE parking for cruise guests!!

The room for breakfast was really hot, it was quite uncomfortable. The food was...ok. I would have enjoyed a bit more pastry options. Like different bagels, or muffins.

Amazing place, location, great privacy, overall a very nice place. You can find everything around the hotel. The room was perfectly neat and well equipped. Breakfast lounge was very generous and varied.

Seems I was charged late checkout for the minutes it took to check out at the booth.
