This was our holiday within a holiday and definitely lived upto that, fabulous pool area, music, lovely swim up bar, bar staff are exceptional and drinks can also be bought to your sunbeds, bar food is good as was breakfast. Free bikes to hire to cycle the boardwalk which was lovely. Landry’s next door did amazing and food and Cliff our server was great and we had a giggle with him. Also walking distance, Doc Holliday’s Roadhouse, again great food and even if not eating go and have a drink just for the experience, it’s amazing. We had a really great time at this hotel for its services and location and would definitely recommend

I liked the updated facility and the rooms were spacious. I had a a room with a gulf view and two beds.

When trying to call for housekeeping and the front desk, it was difficult to get anyone on the phone, often having to walk down stairs to put in a request. The new parking fee at the hotel caught me off guard and there were moments that I tried to park and didn't have any luck, due to people parking there without parking tags. I also did not like the extra costs of breakfast due to already paying a whopping 1900 dollars for my rooms. The breakfasts ranged from 25-35 dollars a person.

The room was so clean and you can tell it had been kept up with. The view out of the window was perfect to wake up to (minus the workers in the roof underneath us). Everyone was so courteous and helpful.

We got the buffet breakfast with the room rates we purchased on line. Made it 100% obvious as we went down to the restaurant but still got sold super hard to try to get us to spend more. One time someone even just offered to bring me a bigger serving of juice than the smaller cups at the buffet line. I understand the concept but please remember, some people are splurging just to be able to stay with you all and this made breakfast quite a bit uncomfortable.

Pool was amazing, with a swim up bar/adult area. Wonderful and friendly staff in all areas. Rooms were clean and well tended too. I will defiantly stay here again, as this is my second visit to this hotel. One other item are that the rooms on one side of the hotel have only a view of a cemetery, so make sure you book the ocean or beach view room.

During the summer I would expect them to have the poolside umbrellas up, as it was VERY hot this weekend, and they did not put them up until after 2pm, also there needs to be signs on any reserved cabanas, As there were not any and my group sat in one and was told to leave after being there for 2 hours. We were happy to move but were not aware that they had to be Reserved for a whooping $250. Seems a bit much for what the "Cabana had to offer"

Fantastic hotel right across from the gulf. We really enjoyed our night here, the vibe was fun and energetic and the rooms were fairly large and well appointed. We found the beds comfortable and the bathroom was nice. Grayson from bell services was absolutely fantastic and so helpful, we really appreciated how he went above and beyond for us! The hotel is within walking distance of several restaurants (including Rainforest Cafe, fun for the kids!), and a short Uber ride everywhere else.

Clean, spacious, modern

The room was on par with a travel lodge in the uk which in my opinion is a sufficient standard. But it’s around 3 times cheaper for a travel lodge. The facilities however far exceed a travel lodge..but only staying for one night we didn’t use the facilities. So for us it was an expensive stay. Had we been spending a week at the Hilton for our holidays it would feel better value

The location was perfect, the air conditioner worked great, the bed was maybe a smidge on the firm side but comfortable and the pool was a hit with my daughter

I would say the way the breakfast was set up was different to me, I would much rather a buffet style like a holiday inn. And there was some small cosmetic things that could be touched up, and they had 3 elevators but only 1 was working

The property was very clean and well kept. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Pool was cleaned on a regular basis and was definitely a highlight to our trip. Also enjoyed the little designated doggy area for dogs to do their business. The rooms were also extremely comfy! The location was also great! Right across from the beach and next to food choices. Would definitely stay here again!

The only downside is the construction work going on near the lobby. But we didn’t hear it from upstairs. They definitely take care of their hotel and it shows.

We enjoyed the pool, the included breakfast that had great options and our children really enjoyed the labor day activities from the face painting, to cookie decorating and balloon animals. We will definitely be back again!

The on-site restaurant was on the higher price point for what we ordered. I ordered a $16 shrimp appetizer that only came with 3 shrimp. Besides that, we liked everything we ordered.
