The condo itself was perfect! Everything was clean. Excellent location and view. The bed in the larger room was probably the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on, and the bunk beds were really cool! Communication with the ower was quick and easy. The parking area was nice and so were the pools.

The girl at the front was rude, didn't have knowledge of anything, and made it very clear she didn't like to answer questions. Because she was so unhelpful, I found it extremely difficult to figure out how to get in the gate, how to locate our room, or where to park. I even asked her to repeat it and she went through it again just as fast and rude as the first time. Once I figured all that out on my own, it was easy to get around.

It was a modern and comfortable condo. It had a good view of the pool where I could see the children swimming. At the last minute, I had to change the number of guests from my initial reservation. The host was very accommodating. I appreciated our host for not charging me an additional fee for our unexpected guest. Nevertheless, I'd recommend this particular condo to any other party who wants to rent it.

I didn't like that the Victorian didn't have a working elevator. I have a bad knee, and I struggled to climb 2 flights of stairs, especially with carrying luggage. I'm glad I didn't take my mother. As for the designated parking, well, it was more like 1st come, 1st serviced.

Loved the view of the sea! The view of the pool was gorgeous! This place was perfect, and we loved every minute of our stay! Our host was great and so nice as well!

The sofa bed was a little uncomfortable. The mini fridge was a lot smaller than we thought, the pics made it look bigger. Some of the pans weren't clean on the shelves so we had to wash them but that wasn't a huge big deal for us.

Great location with a nice balcony. We had 2 adults and 3 teenagers. Everyone had their own bed and plenty of space. We stayed one night before a cruise. Took us 22 minutes from door to door (25tt St Port).

The coffee situation..... I am a big coffee drinker and the Single serve (K-cup) machine was broken in the apt. No biggie.... I walked to the front office and the nice lady working was all over the place and hadn't made any coffee yet either. That is the silliest complaint because the stay was wonderful.

Location/ covered parking's

1. The fact that any issues with the unit will have to be taken up with the unit owner not the front desk. This seemed a little inconvenient 2. There was a lot of pet hair on the floor when we got onto the apartment, we did vacuum the place but still couldn't get rid of all 3. The stupid armband that the front desk asks the guests to wear

Everything! You have the whole property for you. 2 big pools, hot tubs, grills and resting areas. Staff were amazing and really explanatory. The condos are so beautiful, packed with everything to cook and it felt like being home. I swear we didn’t want to leave.

Elevators! But at the end you are exercising so we didn’t mind.

The property was secure and I felt safe. Extremely clean apartment / condo (great sanitation and pest control procedure). Ocean view. Quiet room. Great AC. Nice front porch outside the office with benches to sit and relax. Mr. Coffee pot in the room and free ice water and coffee in the lobby. Comfortable mattress in the twin size sofa bed convertible easy chair. Good information packet upon registration. Owner was available to contact for questions.

Elevator was not working. Glad I was on the 1st floor at least but it was strenuous to carry luggage from and to the car. Need more hooks for beach towels in the bathroom. More shelves cubby hole type in bathroom next to sink. Need to extend a counter for traveler toiletries. Large sofa bed mattress needs to be replaced or updated. Need a fan in the bathroom to vent steam. Make sure guest knows how to make sure the door is in LOCKED position. Perhaps chair molding by dining table. Better front door stopper to prevent door from hitting the wall. Need a kitchen cabinet door stopper by the coffee cup shelves. Update toilet handle and flapper.

The location is good, right by Walmart and the beach. The room is nice, smaller than I realized but overall it’s good. The bed is extremely soft and if that’s not your thing don’t book this room. Our bodies and necks hurt the whole time but we realize that some would have loved that. The room was very clean!

Check in took a long time due to one person working. You have to pay $30 for the parking and amenities pass at the front desk before going to the room. The facility wasn’t adequately staffed for the amount of people coming in for Spring Break. The laundry only has 2 machines so there was a long wait to wash. We would have been better served at a laundry mat. Not a big complaint, just acknowledgment.

It was very comfortable. Very clean. Convenient.

The parking. It was hard to find parking. No place to buy water bottles, sodas , snack in the lobby. Main bed was too soft for us. It sank in the middle. We both ended up sleeping back to back in the middle of the bed lol.

I am on dialysis and they had to mail my stuff to the hotel room before I got there and it was waiting for me when I got there
