Check in process was quick and easy. Location was great. Facility was clean. Grandson enjoyed the movie room and small arcade.

The process for the included breakfast could be more efficient. We had a family of 5 and did not necessarily want to all go at the same time to use the 1 coupon we add. Maybe provide a coupon for each family member, or provide a bracelet for each person to designate they have purchased breakfast option to make it easier to identify.

I liked that they offered a shuttle to the cruise terminal, there and back. I liked they offered parking during the cruise. I liked being able to have a decent breakfast before meeting our cruise.

When I first got there I got a room with the view of the back of the hotel building, I booked because it said I would have a water view of the ocean. Then the toilet didn't have water in it and wouldn't flush. Asked for a new room and they gave me a room with someone already in it. Third time was a charm, was able to get a nice room with a view of the pool and part of the ocean.

Good location and great staff. The best people that a hotel can ask for are working diligently to make sure that the customers are taking care. Near the beach and the pool is really awesome

Well there was some renovation so of course that was a small issue. The most annoying thing is the traffic on boardwalk road, especially those mustangs with modified mufflers. Sadly we can’t hear the ocean from the balcony. Next time we will stay at a hotel on the beach not near the beach. Shame!

The room and beds were comfortable.

When we arrived in our room, it was late. We were assigned a room with an attachable shower seat that we had to take out ourselves. There was also hair still in the tub from previous guests. The room was above the pool, so we heard the gate open and close and the noise from the pool/bar area.

The staff was great.We are both handicapped and one of the housekeeping people helped loada travelcart with all of our thingas and took it down stairs and help us/load the car.it was wonderful.

The door in the bath room stuck badley when shut. The fan motor was attached to the light. It roared if you turned the light on.. The doorcto the room was very heavy. If you had a/walker and we both did , It was hard to hold the door.

It was close to the beach, had a nice pool, arcade and movies theatre in the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful!

If you book on booking.com they tax you on there and you also pay taxes at the hotel. Parking isn’t included in your booking and is added at the hotel, should be part of the booking.

Staff was amazing. They didn’t receive my reservation from booking.com and allowed me to stay in the room until the issue was resolved. Perfect location, amazing view of the ocean and the activities in and out of the hotel are plentiful.

Only downfall was one of the two elevators was closed. This meant sometimes waiting 10-15 mins for an elevator.

From check in to check out Everything was GREAT. Room was clean, everything was nice . Beds were very comfortable. Loved the patio ! We went to galveston to renew our vows on the beach and afterwards spent the entire afternoon on the pool patio, has everything you need for a comfortable stay is why we chose this hotel. All the amenities was great, Heated pool, hot tub, firepit area. Bar. And plenty of sitting area. We enjoyed the entire afternoon on the patio, grandkids enjoyed the pool. The bar plays live music on Fri n Sat nights and very nice. We had a great experience on our stay and would Def stay there again. Price was a little higher than other hotels but for the convie6 of having everything right there in one place was worth it to us Highly recommend. Room had plenty of towels, etc Fridge, microwave and safe. Will stay there again

I looked into a lot of hotels before choosing this Holiday Inn location. The reviews were good but I was so impressed with everything. The clean building (they even mopped the elevator floor!!), the professional and friendly staff, and the beautifully remodeled room exceeded all of my expectations.

The weather - but I know you don't have control over that :-)

Perfectly located. Staff were wonderful. Room was clean and comfortable.

Hotel was in the middle of remodel. (which we knew) Hallway/corridor to our room was under Construction and we had to maneuver around workers and construction materials at times. I would have thought the hotel would not have booked rooms in this area, especially for the price we paid.
