We loved our stay! Our suite was very large and clean , we loved the balcony and views of the water. Friendly and helpful staff. We received a great recommendation for a shuttle to the Port. Loved the decor, bright and cheerful and we thought the room was so comfortable, really nice to have a kitchenette and living room space. Breakfast was good and we liked the 2 different options for breakfast locations. We didn't have a car so we appreciated close access to a trolley stop and walking distance to Gaido's Restaurant and others. Loved walking across the street and walking the beach in the morning!

Only thing that would make it better is if it was right on the water, busy street but easy access to the beach across the street. Breakfast area can be busy, lots of cruise passengers.

The breakfast was adequate - I do not enjoy sausage patties, and bacon was not offered. The bagels and cream cheese were very nice. The balcony was lovely, but we could not turn off the light to sit outside after dark. The bed was comfortable, and the A/C worked well

Loved the beach, the staff, and the freshness of the hotel. The staff took care of a situation immediately when our room was mistakenly overbooked. Upon us entering our room, it was already occupied. The hotel was able to find us the same room on a different floor

I did not like that on website parking was $10 (booked on priceline), when we checked in i was told it was $15/day to park. Once i checked out it had went up to $20. I was ready to go home so i let that foolishness slide. PARKING NEEDS TO BE FREE FOR GUESTS!

The room was excellent

The check in process sucked. I had checked in online and applied for digi-key. When I arrive I had to go to front desk to check in. Why offer the online check in if your not going to honor it.

I loved the location. I loved that it's clean. I loved the shampoo and conditioner. I loved there were plenty of towels I loved the decor. I loved the room with kitchen and lots of counter space and a couch. I loved the bed and pillows... So comfy.

I was traveling with a friend that's mostly blind and not one of the many staff offered to assist. That would have made it a 10. Barking dog next door. Went on forever. Booking.com says this room is a two bedroom. I paid for that but it wasn't. You have more front row parking for electric than handicap. This made it tough on us.

The rooms were spacious and felt like home. Quiet and warm. Complimentary breakfast had a good selection.

I was not able to pay cash. Booking.com quoted the wrong rate. Their were hidden fees that boosted my rate. Financial issues with pay. I did not recieve my incidentals back. One price was quoted and another was charged. Not happy about that.

We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, size of room and all the amenities. We absolutely love the location because it is across the street from the beach, walking distance from local eateries and a convenience store plus the views of the beach priceless. Make sure you book a balcony overlooking the beach, we didn't but definitely will on our next trip. A huge plus is how close we were to the cruise ports maybe 4 miles away. The staff was super friendly and helpful, we love that they had drinks, beer and snacks available for purchase and a bar. We highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

Humidity lol it made my hair curly hahahaha. Plus they do not provide free shuttle service to the ports.

The overall facility, especially the rooms, were very nice and clean.

The staff leaved a lot to be desired. The one woman, we assumed was the lead person, at check-in and when we checked out was not friendly at all. She was on the phone, however she could have stopped long enough to apologize for not being able to help us immediately and we would have understood. We felt like we were inconveniencing her. At check-out, she didn't ask how are stay was or please come back again. If it wasn't for the fact that the facility was nice, we would not recommend Home2 Suites to anyone.
