Chosen for the location, price and free breakfast. We walked across the street to the beach which was very convenient as well as the restaurants and pleasure pier. On the weekends they had fresh cookies and water/juice in the lobby that my kids enjoyed so much. The breakfast was good and differed slightly each day. Each time we came back on the weekend days the room was cleaned and fresh towels were provided. The shampoo/conditioner pump bottles in the shower smelled really good and was a nice plus when we needed it.

Although the room was cleaned on the weekend days we didn't have any room service for Monday or Tuesday and when they stopped by on Tuesday it was well after 3 or 4pm and we had already returned and wanted to rest. We did have to request additional clean towels and toilet paper which was no problem. I would've liked an updated television, the date read 2018 and the guide was not updated so you never knew what was live playing and no apps as an alternative. The AC worked well though there were times we turned it off if the room became too cold and we would notice the floors would sweat and become slippery shortly after.

The location of the hotel, in the middle of everything on the Seawall. The view was amazing from our balcony. The rooms were quiet and very comfortable, especially the beds. The breakfast was amazing every morning with a different breakfast option every morning. The ladies went above and beyond preparing breakfast and extremely nice to visit with. Thank you for everything. Our daughter was admitted to the hospital during our stay and my husband asked for us to keep our room one more night so our daughter could walk the beach and see a few things before we had to leave for home. Thank you for being so kind.

The early 12 am, fire emergency, and evacuation alarm, and we had to evacuate until the hotel personnel and fire department checked everything out. The hotel personnel could not help it. However, they were very prompt on getting everyone out. 5 stars for them being ready and keeping us all safe.

I liked the friendliness of the check in staff. Everyone from my point of view were very courteous and welcoming to people checking in. Especially Lilian. Let me tell ya in all my years if traveling and I'm millitary, I've never met such a great check in person. Lilian did a fantastic job in taking care of business and had such a positive attitude and character about herself. She is going to go far!!!! If I had a hotel chain I would have her instructing staff on how to take care of people by connecting and joking and being genuine. Give her a raise please and put her in charge!!! I also had found a credit card wallet in our room safe that belonged to Kandi and Sherman Nichols i turned it into the front desk. I'd like to know if they ever got it back bc they were on a cruise and I'm sure they needed a credit card. We'll that's my story Thanks for the great customer service, I will not stay anywhere else but Holiday Inn...

The breakfast could be improved just a tad.

Additional charges, especially for parking; coffee maker did work and in-spite of contacting the desk three times, they never came to fix it or replace it. The parking area was not secure. Anyone from the street could access your car.

The room was very spacious, and we really enjoyed the balcony and being able to see the beach from our room. Being close to The Spot restaurant was a bonus too. Good food and a fun atmosphere right next door. The free breakfast was also very enjoyable and well stocked.

I didn't enjoy the shower not draining normally, but it wasn't that big of a deal. No on-site parking and they do not recommend parking on the street. It cost $15 to park in parking garage across the street, which is what we chose to do. It was not a far walk and it felt safe, but it was something we were unaware of before booking.

Room is clean and there is complimentary bottle water in room.

Car park is not closed to the building, need to cross over a street and car park’s elevator is not working, there is additional $15 charge for car parking per night.

Hotel, clean and modern, room was great and good location

Reception staff on arrival, not pleasant, the supervisor told us to get an Uber to Walmart and buy a gift credit card, in order to pay a room deposit, he would not accept cash on this stressful situation, when our credit cards and partners phone had been stolen in another city. He had no compassion. Anyway it turns out the credit card machine accepts google pay, which I used with my phone, he didn't even know this. Terrible service

All areas of hotel were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I felt safe which was a priority. The view from my balcony was wonderful. The hotel was close to some great restaurants which I enjoyed walking to.

Didn’t mind paying additional for parking, however, I wished there had been a separate parking garage just for hotel guests. As it is, the parking garage is shared with patrons of restaurants/bars, that are also owned by the same owner of the hotel. After parking the first time, I opted to stay parked and walk to my destinations, due to the possibility of parking not being available.

This was actually a nice place to stay . I had a room with a balcony in view of the beach . Location was great and breakfast was excellent .

I didn’t like the walk to and from the parking garage with the amount of luggage I bought. It had started to sprinkle and there is no cover . The $15 a day parking fee is horrible . There is a empty lot facing the hotel that needs to be turned into free hotel parking . It would be more convenient.
