Very clean great location and great facilities, nice having private sunbeds on the beach also

My room was right beside the pool and music played until 11 o’clock each night which could be heard in the room. Information on the screen in the room could be more informative about pricing of pool food, drinks and spa costs. Due to the lack of pricing information I found it difficult to keep a track of this during my stay. Sun beds at pool filled up very quickly, I think the beds infront of the cabanas should be used at busy times if the cabanas are not booked with the understanding that if someone books one then they have to be made available.

I have no words. I can only give 10 stars, this Hotel is a DREAM. Even if you try to find something that maybe wasn't good or less than perfect, There is nothing. A wonderful restored old Grand Hotel. They still know what service is. wonderful Lobby, great chandeliers, tasty Breakfast. Clean Room. Fast Valet Service, (Thank you John for the Tips in Town) We had a 3 Day stay. Some parts of 1923 a Yellowstone Story where filmed there. The old original Post Office , Ballroom etc. BUT do not think its Museum like, kind of old dusty and "Historic" everything is in a shape you can describe as "better than new" .

One thing. When you arrive you get all the info you need (verbal) from the Desk employees. Since we some times have problem to understand everything (English is not our first language) we miss the last day Breakfast. It was a Sunday. on Sundays the BF is just until 9 because later at 11 there is Brunch. We had to travel , so that days we missed this.

Everything was luxurious from the bed linens to the room decor. The hallways were pleasant to walk in and guests were relaxed and pleasantly conversational as a result. The robin blue egg walls in bathroom. Silhouttes painted on the elevator doors. Shower cap in room.

The air freshener piped in from air vents. Noticeable as soon as entering the hotel, and pleasant. However, after 3 hours of smelling it in my hotel room, I was getting a serious headache and as an asthmatic, strong smells can bring on asthma attacks. I phoned guest services and they said there was nothing they could do. I asked them to look into it for me, and very soon I noticed that my room began to smell neutral. So there was something they could do about it. This one event has made me cautious to not return to the hotel, because I'm concerned that the next time it will not be handled efficiently. I had prepaid for my room, so had the issue not been dealt with effectively, there would have been a conflict as I would not have been able to stay in the hotel.

Very classy, rooms fresh and redone. The entire place smells amazing! Just very elegant and loved the pool vibe and beach club. Like the historical turn of century classic elegance!

Front desk was not very friendly. Every time I asked them for something I wasn’t able to do whatever for whatever reason. I am a Marriott Bonvoy member but they don’t honor any membership perks (free late checkout, room upgrades, etc) because I used booking.com. Tipped valet when they pulled around car but they sat there and let us put our our luggage in ourselves. No offer to help. Pool service was amazing tho and bartender was fine. Front desk and valet a little disappointing.

Beautiful and meticulously restored, great historic bar with amazing food.

$40 resort fee charged but not disclosed at reservation, nor explanation what amenities they covered, since we didn’t use any. Not robes in room. Clothes steamer didn’t work. Had waited 15 minutes for steam; no steam although light was on. Called front desk. Waited 30 minutes for new steamer; that one didn’t work either. Called again. This time they sent iron and ironing board. Late for meeting.

Beautiful facility, like walking back in time. I loved everything about this hotel, they thought of all the details. The lobby is grand but welcoming. the dining room comfortable, we only had breakfast, but the food was very good and prices reasonable.

I have nothing negative to say about this hotel. It is an old hotel totally refurbished, so the rooms are small, but comfortable.

Has every amenity you can ask for; pool with full food & drink service, beach with complimentary chairs, fantastic food options including specialty coffee, and a luxurious spa. Every detail is beautiful, the hotel is the destination..

Wish they had more umbrellas by the pool for shade during the extreme heat days.

We stayed for a staycation for our 5 year anniversary. The weather canceled a helicopter ride and photo/ video shoot in the area. I spoke with the hotel and asked could we capture footage there , they were willing to work with us. The staff, bar, restaurants were amazing , no complaints. I loved the 1920s feel with modern flare. Can’t wait to go back !

Location and it was beautiful!

Breakfest took so long. And a bit pricey.

The rennovations are amazing. The room was very comfortable and eye appealing. The staff was extremely friendly. The entire grounds are clean and proper.

Only concern was the roof over the valet desk at the main entry has a few leaks that drip down on the attendants and guests that need to be repaired.
