Great location. Room was precious. Extremely clean. Great soap, shampoo and conditioner on the wall in the shower. Cute little deck area shared by other guest. can walk to cruise port with luggage pretty easily. It was about a 10-15 minute walk. Also great restaurants and touristy shops in walking distance.

Hotel had a little coffee pot and a few snacks. wish there was a vending machine to grab some waters out of. There is Bills grocery around the corner though.

WE stayed here the night before a cruise. Super close to the cruise terminal, restaurants close by. I've never been to Galveston and wished we arrived a day earlier to see the mansions/museums. etc, The room was well equipped with everything you could want. Minifridge, microwave, water/coffee, snacks, clothes steamer, etc. There is a room with exercise equipment and washer/dryer available. A small fenced patio. The neighborhood felt safe.

At check in time the owner will e-mail you the code to the electronic lock. There is no one on property. We arrived early (flying in from Houston and taking a van to Galveston) and had to sit on the sidewalk with my luggage and 93 year old mother . Make sure you have access to the e-mail you sign up with,. I didn't and that caused other problems for me. Not the property's fault, but lyft is not too reliable.

Location was perfect! Just a short walk to numerous shops and restaurants. We also really liked that there is free parking located behind the building, so that we weren't parked out in the street. The room was clean, bed was comfy, and check-in/check-out was super easy! We really LOVED the old safe door that was used for the bathroom door! Very unique! We would definitely stay again!

Would have rather had the room a little darker at night, but that's just personal preference. There was quite a bit of light coming in under the door from the hallway and from the streetlight in the parking lot. Nothing enough to deter us from staying again.

Lovely interior, spacious room, car parking close to old town. Great aircon, access to Netflix, lovely bathroom.

Minor issues, only one hook in bathroom. Microwave cabinet pretty rickety.

Hotel was great, getting into our room was a breeze. Not sure I would call honeybuns breakfast but it was nice to have goldfish for a little snack and cold water in the fridge was a plus.

Coffee maker did not work. I am sure they did not know it was broken so this is not really a negative just something that happened,

very quiet, it was a nice change that we didn’t have to pull our luggage around a very large facility. Loved the atmosphere the facility itself was very clean

excellent property hotel . we absolutely loved this hotel . it is located in a great location surrounded by shops and restaurants and only about a 5 minute drive to the cruise line dock . overall we are very pleased with our experience and service .

beautifully decorated room, and the location was great and just blocks from historic area, museum, bars and restaurants.

the only negative was noisy hallway and we could hear the front door locking whenever someone went out

Location was perfect for exploring the Strand. Outdoor patio was quaint and quite. Decor of rooms are FUN!!!

Others in my party had trouble getting their cards to run and checking in, however, I had no trouble at all.
