Hotel is conveniently located near by the pleasure pier. Breakfast timing was till 10 am which was a plus since we wake up late sometimss on holidays. And it had an array of breakfast choices. Spacious rooms with a view. The only complaint I had was the shower itself. They can definitely install better shower heads and not keep those squeeze big containers of body wash and shampoos which were broken and not cleaned at all.

My room was not ready. Check in time was at 4pm. Had to keep going to front desk to ask about my room. They said they would call me but never did. Then I started calling the hotel and no one would answer. That is horrible. How can you not have someone answering phones at this hotel. My room was not ready till after 6pm. Plus there was no manager available to speak with.

Location, price.

Bedding. Mattress moved and slipped around on it's base. It's not easy to understand the sheet system. The fitted bottom sheet kept coming loose. The too sheet system is sort of like a duvet, but isn't. After a little use (one night) it came apart. Why not a real blanket?

Cockroaches in our room, and one of the employees entered my room And stole a 700.00 pair of glasses that she removed from my suitcase.

We had a very warm welcome from Allison at the front desk, who gave us one of the better rooms. The room is above budget hotel standard, well furnished and cared for. The mattress was softer than normal, but still with good support. Parking adequate. Usual waffle and accompaniment breakfast. A pleasant stay for several days.

location was good. even though there where no balconies the view of the morning sunrise on the east side of the building was breathtaking!! Also a great amount of wall outlets!! The morning breakfast spread was exceptional. Not to mention all day coffee!!

the Sun was shining bright and the pool was still uncomfortably cold. The door closest to the bar from the pool was closed which made you walk all the way around through the building just to grab a drink.

Location is right on the Seawall...just walk across the street to the beach!

There was a soap bar (not ours) in the shower. No other complaints!

Breakfast was excellent. Location was great. The room was good, but the shower needed more water pressure or adjustable shower head.

Location is good for going to cruise terminel. Across the street looking at Pleasure Pier.

Black mold or mildew in areas of the bath tub. Paint used to cover rust. Too bad, it's a great place overall.
