The breakfast was good. The food tasted good and was at the proper temperature. The staff kept everything full. Our room was so quiet it was like we were the only guests in the hotel.

The outside entry was not safe. The concrete was not level so it caused me to fall into the plants and bushes. The next car that pulled in there had the same problem where the passenger was getting out of the car and lost his balance and fell like I did.

Overall facility was excellent. Staff knowledgeable and helpful, lobby and breakfast area nice. The room was great except for the placement of the tv. Its location on the tv table between the two zones- sofa & desk-and-beds, made it a little awkward to view depending on where you sat. Also, room could have used a safe; didn't have one. The pool and hot tub were excellent, clean, functional. The fitness room, however, has only treadmill, so if you're traveling with others you'll have to take turns. The breakfast was pretty good- hot foods as well as cold.

TV console placement, lack of a safe in the room, and the fact there was only one treadmill for cardio in the fitness room.

We chose to stay at this hotel for the location being close to the Cruise terminal. It is conveniently located off the service road. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We were located on the 1st floor close to the dining lounge area and pool! LOVED IT! Even after I left the hotel I had Amazon packages that were showing up after I had left Griselda C. the Manager worked diligently with me to ensure I received my packages. The entire staff was super friendly. Really enjoyed the breakfast (the sausage :-)) and hot, hot coffee. This will be my location for Galveston stays moving forward!

Nothing earth shattering but our fitted bed sheet didn't fit so it was an annoyance to keep readjusting but we didn't tell the staff but if we had they would have accommodated because they were son accommodating with everything else. The one thing I definitely did not like was our tub was rusted in the bottom. Should have reported it but again not something I couldn't live through and positive they would have accommodated. Still will stay here in the future.

Staff was friendly and helpful, pool and hot tub decent, room clean and comfortable, parking lot great, and breakfast good.

Pool area, hall carpets, and rooms need some refurbishing. Bathroom sink didn't have hot water. Fitness room is too small and doesn't have enough equipment to accommodate more than one person at a time

Very comfortable room. We wr there only overnight. We didn't eat bkfst there Very satisfied with room n location great as it was away from the tourist area.

It would've been nice to have carts accessible for luggage as we had to carry ours from car to inside hotel n it was a little ways n wr seniors.

Everything! Parking on site. Breakfast area was beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and substantial. I loved the seating area was comfortable. I liked the sink and refrigerator set-up. The separate sink area was appreciated.

What was there not to like? Unfortunately, it was only one night before a cruise. Based on what I experienced, I wanted at least a week.

Conveniently located close to cruise terminal which was the reason for our stay and the staff was warm and accommodating.

The price hike when cruise ships will be in town especially for the quality of hotel. But this is our second time around and would stay again.

The front desk lady was quick and friendly at check in. The pool and hot tub were great! The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Our refrigerator quit working but they were quick to remedy the situation and they seemed to really care.

the mattress on the sofa bed was disgusting. Wouldn’t let our son sleep on it, made a bed on the couch itself. not sure if it was urine or blood, or a mixture of both, but it was deemed the murder mattress and we had to find another way for our son to sleep. wallpaper was coming off too, and had a rotten corner in the shower

Very nice living room area with a small bar and refrigerator. Comfortable beds with a view of the water. Liked the bathroom. Great breakfast in a pleasant seating area. The price was a very good value. I hope to stay here again.

The busy street it was on. There was nothing to not like.about the hotel.
