the back door was taped in the unlock position.. when i went to tell the front desk they told me that they are aware and something is wrong with it so they taped it to remain unlocked. i said wouldn’t it be safer to just have the guest come in the front door vs keeping the back door unlocked.. my room was close to the back door and it made me feel unsafe, i was traveling with just my young daughter and myself. other than that.. it was a good stay

The lady at the front desk, I think her name was Talia was exceptional. The coffeemaker in our room didn't work and she exchanged it within 5 minutes. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and the pillows were great, one firm and one soft.

The bar was closed without a notice, We asked why, but didn't get a answer. The next morning the restaurant was closed, so no breakfast. I asked the lady at the front desk why the restaurants was closed and she didn't know why. Plus, she looked like she had just gotten up and her shirt was covered in stains. At least look presentable when you work in the service industry.

Staff was really nice and helpful

The sheets at first looked stained but it was actually they were thread bare and some areas were rough like a towel. Also most hotels don't clean the tray the coffee pot sits on.

The room was great nice size very quiet. I just wish I had the ability to change the AC setting. It only stays at one speed, it was very hot and humid so I wish I could have turned the AC down where the fan would blow a little harder.

bed lines and towels are not white as bleached white so it was uncomforted to used.

Everything was clean, the rooms were spacious, fitness room was great and the best part was the hospitality! Talia at the front desk was SO helpful & friendly! She made our stay wonderful! I highly recommend if staying for a night or 2!

It was a little far from things, but short Uber ride away so it was fine

The room was big and the bed was super comfy!

The room smelled like soiled water and one of the front desk ladies were super rude

The breakfast staff, she was gone for a long period of time & we needed something!! Waffles wasn’t mixed well, you could literally chew grains of sugar in the cooked waffle!!
