Front desk clerk Paige greeted us warmly. Location was convenient, safe, quiet, with a supermarket a short walk away. The property is exceptionally clean. Our room was available earlier than expected and the temperature was already comfortably set - I didn't need to change anything. Many power outlets for charging devices. Breakfast was well stocked, coffee urn was refilled promptly. Ice machines worked perfectly. We did not use the pool or fitness center but they looked very inviting and clean. At check-out (about 10 AM on May 29) the front desk attendant (whose name I do not recall) was also very friendly and recommended a nearby walking trail. We will be staying here again soon.

The shower hot water temperature could have been a little hotter.

1. HORRIBLE bed. Felt as if I was sleeping on a lumpy, low roll away bed. Have been traveling for months & this was worst bed! 2. No freezer space in refrigerator

They let us in early. 1:15 to be exact..we were glad because we rode up on motorcycles and it was HOT! We were wanting a hotel near Willie's so it was a great location...6 minute walk. The pool was clean and refreshing. Breakfast was good.

The two things that could have been better were the pillows and more coffee. The coffee ran out twice while we were downstairs for breakfast!

Convenient by car to Georgetown and shopping. Lovely trails and greenbelt accessible to guests. Beautiful setting apart from electric wire substation.

Very mushy mattresses and flat lumpy pillows. Dealt with a back ache on account of it. Beds had body imprint and should be replaced!!

The property is in a great location. The rooms are nice and clean and very comfortable. Each staff member was friendly, kind and helpful. JJ made us feel welcomed with his cheerfulness and he checked on us regularly, making sure we had everything we needed.

The personnel were exceptional, friendly, very courteous, handled check-in and check-out quickly. The facility was quiet and very clean, are very good stay for the value.

There was not anything I did not like, or found to be of low standard.

Location was great, facility was clean and new. Breakfast was great! Debbie was AMAZING! she was so friendly, above and beyond helpful, and even helped my daughter print some paperwork she needed for a school visit. Give her a raise!

There was only one chair in the room - need to another chair (2 chairs instead of 1).

Convenient location, good breakfast, quiet when sleeping

Because it sits back from University St. we almost missed it. Goodwill blocks it out. Thankfully our GPS kept telling us it was on our left so we looked behind the Goodwill building and saw it.

There was a good variety of breakfast items and the food was tasty. I appreciate not having to go out to purchase a breakfast.

The location was lovely was just worried about the safety of the car as I couldn’t see it from the window.
