I had annual exams at MD Anderson in Houston. We stayed at double tree with kitchenette, sofa bed and complementary breakfast. Your room was very comfortable and the area with refrigerator, microwave and desk area was very spacious and clean. Your breakfast was so much better, variety was excellent and the lady was so great at keeping everything stocked and it flowed nicely. My Pomeranian did his business outside and the poop bags were fully stocked.

All the restaurants in the area were awesome but did not have “enough time” to completely enjoy Round Rock! Will definitely stay there in the near future to visit my sister’s family that live 10 minutes away. You guys are great! Check in reception was awesome and checkout receptionist and another lady, maybe supervisor, was smooth/attentive. I told them exactly what I put on this survey. You guys are better than Double Tree by Hilton. Their Cookies just did not cut it.

I went to this hotel after booking another one down the freeway that had so much mold in the room I was able to photograph it, and you could definitely smell it when you walked in. This hotel was clean, and the staff was really friendly. I will say the coffee was pretty bad. Not sure it qualified as coffee. Other than that, very quiet hotel, and I was even on the ground floor next to the parking lot. I slept better than I have slept in any hotel room.

The friendlessness of the Staff, the immediate attention to my family needs during our stay at this facility. The outstanding service, staff goes above and beyond for travelers to have fresh and vast variety of food available during breakfast hours.

The location is convenient to drive around town or to connect to different highways is also near restaurants. And convenient stores.

Great proximity to restaurants and Dell Diamond. Easy to find from I35. Nice sized room for a family of four. My kids loved the trundle bed couch. The room stayed very cool the way we like it. Continental breakfast had a good variety and was available until 930am.

I would recommend an upgrade to a basic Keurig with larger cups. The pool was closed both days we were there. The parking lot was quite full when we returned from the baseball game.

Comfortable and had a little kitchen area which was very handy.

They only clean the rooms every other day which is fine unless you miss a day due to them coming late in the afternoon when we needed the room so the room was not cleaned our entire five day stay. We would go to the front desk every time we needed new towels, toilet paper, and coffee pods.

The location was great and near a couple places to eat. The breakfast choices was great and it was awesome to have a hot breakfast. Staff was friendly and were very accommodating as well. I enjoyed and would definitely stay here again.

I can’t say that my family or I had any complaints or things that we disliked to the point it even needed to be documented. Of course we would have liked conjoined rooms but they don’t offer those at this property but other than that it was a great stay.

The visit was overall a good stay. The front desk lady in the evening, was very polite and professional.

The tv could have used an upgrade. But the main issue was the a/c vent where the air comes out was cracked, so it caused an uncomfortable rattle throughout the night. Hopefully it’ll get fixed before the next guest is booked.

Breakfast had a good selection, The staff was very cheerful and helpful. Waffles were excellent.

but the sausage was not browned, and the bacon was very limp, and swimming in grease. By Friday of the week i was there, the bagels were clearly stale and dried out. The staff was very cheerful and helpful. Waffles were excellent. We were there for six days. We had to move rooms twice. Once they came in and cleaned the carpet, leaving us with a wet carpet. Second room the toilet was not working properly. *They did comp us one day and apologized which we thought was very nice.

The front desk staff was amazing. They quickly took care of a mistake with the booking of our room and were very accommodating and pleasant to work with. I do not remember her name but she worked the Weekend and was there Friday night when we checked in around 7. She was wonderful

Easy access, calm, clean & spacious room, nice swimming pool, really good breakfast, kids friendly.

Room cleaned only 2 times in 7 days. We were informed it'd be done once every 2 days but we're not used to it yet, and when on holidays we appreciate some help in the cleaning, especially in a room we share with 2 kids.
