Breakfast was very good, the selection was great. We stayed in an accessible room so the room may be different than the rest but we found it very spacious. Negative for us was there was no dresser accessory to keep clothes in. We used the shelves. Loved the motorized shades and the t-stat was spot on. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Near great restaurants, most in walking distance. There was no microwave but we rarely use one anyway. Work area was set up great and had good energy. They even had a pool table.

This hotel was very thought out for everyone that you may have on your trip with you. Even the key hole to look out of had two, one up high for adults and one down low for kids. Towels could have been larger.

It was the same level of quality I experienced in Stuttgart Arkansas. So I appreciate the consistency no matter where I stayed. The rooms are particularly big but there's a lot of smart design to maximize the space. The location was good too.

I can't think of anything I didn't like in particular. If I were going to nitpick I'd say that the complimentary was wasn't fresh or cold. Could've been nice to have cheaper options for the drinks they sold. However, there was a store not too far away.

We’ve stayed here with our kids several times, this is a great hotel and price is a bargain. It’s a modern hotel with comfortable beds and pillows, great breakfast options, there’s a good amount of restaurants in the area . The staff are usually friendly and wonderful to deal with. Tru by Hilton is our “go-to” hotel where available and

The only thing that we don’t like about this location is that there is no way to turn of the fan on the A/C and tends to dry out our sinus. That would be our only dislike, otherwise we enjoy Tru by Hilton

The beds were very comfortable, the blackout shades were the best I've ever experienced, the staff were very friendly, the room was cleaned every other day, there was an extra table on wheels.

The water pressure in the shower and bathroom sink was very low. We did not like the squeeze handsoap dispenser. There is a lot of road construction and traffic north of Austin. South of Austin seems to be the more chill side.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and the main areas were clean, however, I noticed elevator buttons and light switches seemed as though they weren't cleaned regularly. The bed was extremely uncomfortable to me, but my husband had no complaints about it. Overall, I think the accommodations were satisfactory for the price.

I did not like the bed, it's was very saggy.

This is a good value for price paid. Tru had good breakfast and the rooms were clean. Seemed really kid friendly and the staff were nice. Also walking distance to some good restaurants around the area. Staff also gave good recommendations.

Room was a bit small for liking. I disliked the squeeze bottle containers for the shampoo, hand soap, conditioner, lotion, and body wash. They were a bit difficult to use. Also the shampoo was empty.

I loved the location and the amenities. The staff, Terraye was exceptional. She is truly the epitome of an excellent service professional.

The air conditioner was loud and sounded like water was pouring in and out. Terraye saved the day by moving us and giving us excellent service.

We loved the location! It was close to where I was meeting my co workers. It was very clean and staff was great! Breakfast looked delicious, we stuck to finger foods because we could not use a fork considering all the utensils were replenished with prongs pointing up which means every guest stuck their dirty hands all over the eating part of the fork.

Not being able to eat anything but breakfast finger foods because utensils were stacked with the eating surface side up for guests to put their dirty hands all over. That was really grosse! I miss the waffle machine too! Waffles are half the fun of staying at a hotel in my opinion and the pancakes are not as good! Maybe one waffle machine still would be nice!

The breakfast area and seating was very nice, plenty of room. The food itself was aparently budget oriented, the quality of ingredients might benefit from reconsideration.

Can't think of something I didn't truly like. It was a pleasant stay and would return given the chance.

The breakfast was good and exactly what we expected, having stayed at a Tru Hilton before. Several items to choose from and we usually grab something quick anyway when traveling. The lobby was nice to hang out and play pool or meet with family and friends for a drink or snacks.

The pillows were very thin and did not provide much support. We were only able to get one extra one from the front desk as it appeared that several guests were requesting more than was provided in each room.
