Breakfast is excellent - fine quality and adequate for appetites big and small. The staff is friendly and helpful. Everything I wanted in a room is there -- and works! Rooms are perfectly neat and clean. Rooms are quiet and guests are orderly. Parking is convenient and easily available even when all rooms are rented. I especially appreciated release of the the $100 deposit in less than 24 hours! (Another place with a big chain name sat on my $100 for weeks.) Hereford is a perfect overnight between Denver and Midland, and I'll be staying at the Best Western, Red Carpet Inn every time!

Stay was good The room was real nice and clean ! Rooms were big and very comfortable

The front clerk was so Soo very and I mean very rude. No customer service short-tempered couldn't even ask her a question I almost just left and canceled my reservation and I wasn't the only one she was rude to you but as for me I had asked her for a manager or GM , she said she wasn't there .. I'll tell you what she was the most rudest clerk and for her to be working in the front desk with that attitude horrible horrible. She was very argumentative.

There is a large space under the outside door. Creepy crawly things can easily get in. I put a towel down. Hot was wasn’t as good this visit but it was still good.

Convenient break from the road with clean comfort.

Parking wasn’t very friendly. Packed down spaces and not many left when we arrived for our stay. My little sedan did not fit between two trucks very easily.

The cleaning lady knocking at our door at 1030 am. She walked in when we said hold on. Guess she might of not heard us.

No pool, no plants , flowers nothing of visual interest. Also the bathroom door did not completely shut.

The room was big

We took bathing suits to get in pool and when we got there they tell us it's not working. It's has a crack.

Breakfast was very nice. Plenty to choose from. One of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had.

The beds were a bit hard for my liking.

Great breakfast. Very convenient when traveling, to not have to buy breakfast elsewhere.

The breakfast was the best I’ve seen! Everything was great! I pass through that way often so I’ll likely be back!
