The Daytime staff behind the counter was very rude. Two black women and a black man . They put a 175 charge on my card I ask the guy what was the charge for ,he said he didn’t know, I ask him well how will you find out his response was “like I said I’m see what the charge for.” So we went to the room to give him sometime to find out hours later we went back down he said we removed the charge no apology no no explanation. I left the situation alone because they had refund me .The day of check out they said they couldn’t print me my receipt because something was wrong with their system. The hotel was nice and clean.

Fire the rude staff or trained them to be kind.

I make my way to this hotel Wednesday evening 31/06/2023 the lady at the reception was unbelievable RUDE, when I reached she was listening to something on her phone, she looked upset that I was there doing my check-in, definitely to her whatever she was doing on her phone was more important than provide a good service to me as a client… unfortunately I left my phone in the taxi and I desperately needed it to connect myself to the internet, this hotel provide a computer which was great for me as it was a way to get in touch with my family to let them know about the situation with my phone, after leaving my stuff in my room I came down again to ask if I could use the computer, once again she was very RUDE!! to the extreme that I can easily say that in my 40 years I never experienced something like that as a client in a hotel, always with her earphones on, no attention to the clients whatsoever, basically she told me the computer wasn’t working and 10 minutes later another lady came to take over the reception and within 5 minutes I was already sitting in the computer talking to my family, apart from this particular person everything was great in this hotel, very clean, and all the other stuff where very nice, especially Lisa which I would like to thank this opportunity to thank! if it wasn’t for her I think I wouldn’t have stay in this hotel for 5 nights, Lisa was always smiling, gentle, helpful and very professional, also the rest of the staff including the rooms attendant where very professional and friendly.

Good location. Only a few miles away from everything! Staff was friendly. Not too noisy but if you’re like me and have to have a little bit of noise to sleep the Hwy is right there so there’s always traffic!

The pool was extremely cold to say it was indoors but the clerk did warn us! Also the phone did not work in our room.

Very clean, housekeeping service was great. Ladies had a really good attitude and were very attentive.

Front desk receptionist need to be more attentive and cordial with guests. They seem not enjoying the time of been there. They did not register one of my room correctly and we got another guests coming in to my room late night. They were assigned the same room as mine.

I like how organized and easy but was to have my whole family staying there at a reasonable price. The staff was friendly and made sure to keep us all together.

I like how convenient the rooms were on how close we were. And was treated like vip loved it. And I'm from Vegas !

We always like to stay at this location when visiting family! It’s always clean staff is friendly.

My husband said it would be nice if the Continental breakfast would also be offered on Sundays. We usually travel on Saturday and leave Sunday and never have gotten to enjoy that service.

This hotel was recently remodeled, and very clean. The AC and shower both worked well, and the bed was comfortable.

The radio playing in the lobby upon arrival was super loud, and even the front desk person commented on it. She explained that they were unable to adjust it, however. Also, the restaurant in the hotel wasn't open at all while I was there, which made it a bit inconvenient.

The welcome at reception was very friendly and professional. All the staff in the hotel were friendly and very helpful, always met you with a smile!

A better evening dinner menu.

It was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very nice and knowledgeable. Great value for the cost.

The area of town was just a little questionable. Not so much that I wouldn’t return, but could have hoped for better.

There was no breakfast on Sunday, which had not been communicated earlier or at check-in.
