From the amount of renovation that may have been done to this facility, it was great. Parking lot was brightly lit w/ the check-in/out window in view of the rooms. It was rather unique to see a retention pond literally next to the parking lot!!
In an effort to save water and energy, the water heater was at minimum temperature and there was no stopper for bathtub.

Good comfy bed, pretty clean facility
Saw a couple roaches which isn't a big deal in this area, and no caulking under the bathroom door trim, so water will leak into the main room with a long shower

Quiteness & friendly housekeeping staff
All the linen was dingy for two nights straight & the receptionist has a bad attitude from the time I got there. He should really take a class on customer service skills

It is quite a nice room. Large TV and up to date furnishings along with an ice machine that works and staff that are very nice considering the people that go through the area, they maintain a positive place I myself prefer to be.g
The floors needed to be cleaned more and the toilet was broken.
