Clean, full breakfast, desk attention. Ride from hotel to airport was on time and very attentive staff

Ride from airport, we had to wait over 40 minutes even though I called in advanced. I understand the reasons, yet I would have appreciated a 5 min wait as I tried to coordinate with reception.

They went extra mile not only to pick me from the airport but used the courtesy shuttle to drop me to a dinner location in the evening at no extra charge. Very thankful. They were so nice to give me a complimentary late checkout.

Probably need to take time to work on the elevator. It misbehaved a couple of times while I was in it. The swimming pool is not an ideal location neither is it for adult. If you have kids traveling with you, it will work as a kiddie pool.

Everything was good with the stay. I only would love to have grits for breakfast with the eggs and sausage next time.

There was issues with the cart for carrying luggage on need to fix that. Also have a lil more parking space it gets limited when there's events happening.

Separation of buildings. Second building customers have to walk over for breakfast or to see/talk to receptionist. It rained my entire stay, so we walked in the rain for breakfast.

The hotel is family friendly the staff is not only professional but they've gone beyond for me during my stay. WITH 2 GRANDCHILDREN UNDER 4YRS

Nothing not to like one of the best breakfast out there every morning. They accommodate all taste buds there.. many reasonably priced places to eat Bathrooms complete with tub and showers.. very quiet hotel and I slept very well

The people at the front desk and the shuttle bus driver and all the cleaning 🧼 🧹 ladies that did a great 👍 job with a smile!! 😊

Being told breakfast hours until 9:30 am Well, I, as a paying customer, should be able to get whatever I want for breakfast until….. 9:30am. Period! No if’s ands or buts!!! I was told that it was to late to make pancakes 🥞 and they cleaned up at 9:05am. Not Good!!!!!!

Excellent hotel. Best location regarding the airport. Clean and wide room, excellent personal. The best relationship price/value.

The parking was full due a party. I had to park the car in the near fastfood parking.

The breakfast, customer service, and the quietness was an overall peace of joy.

The room I stayed in had some damages to the restroom. At one point the fridge wasn't properly working.

Bed were comfortable, breakfast good and airport pick up was a plus

The room smelled a little damp but the front desk brought air freshener to help
