Rooms need to be more updated

The rooms were spacious. The breakfast was excellent & the lobby attendants were super nice! It was clean but I think the Boutique Hotel in the name can be misleading. This is a motel. Most certainly one of the best ones but a motel nonetheless.

The smell on the two rooms we booked was awful. I’m not sure if it used to be a smoking room and they just painted over the walls but I had to use half a bottle of body spray just to bare it. The faucet’s were pretty worn and the shower curtain was not secured well. the bed frame was somewhat flimsy.

The staff was very friendly and professional, Rene was a huge help as we added a day on both ends. Breakfast was great and well attended. The rooms were clean and huge. Parking was good and well monitored. We have cable so figuring out roku was a adventure but fun. All in all I would definitely recommend the Stratus.

Nothing really strikes me other than the pool might use some plaster touch up but thats looking for small things.

The property is totally instagramable! The lobby, sitting garden, gym, stairways, playground, pool & jacuzzi are all modernized to be photo op ready. That's really rare for this area, it gives a Domain Austin vibe. The rooms are amazingly a large size for the inexpensive rate. They're a full sized studio apartment with privacy providing restrooms, large closets, and two living areas. The staff was super accommodating, responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. The property is animal friendly, and honors ESA licenses. Also very rare and appreciated. I was thoroughly pleased with my week stay.

I felt very safe on property, but the general location is a little intimidating. The neighboring areas are not recommended for dog walks.

I love the rooms! The bed was comfortable and big. The rooms were very big. I had so much space to myself. The staff were super helpful and friendly so I was grateful. Thank you guys so much for a great stay. I was super impressed

The pool!! I mean it was nice that the staffs was keeping it up to make sure it’s clean for me but I wasn’t picky. Need better chairs for the pool please

My family stayed for one night, it was a last minute booking, the hotel definitely looked like they updated it(but still had that motel kind of feeling). Had nice outdoor furniture, breakfast was good, had all the basics you'll need for a good breakfast. clean lobby area, we enjoyed the foosball table in the lobby. Room was spacious, room and sheets felt clean.

Staff wasn't rude, we didn't have bad experience but they weren't super friendly either. They had two vending machines that need to be updated and more options available, they unfortunately didn't even have full sized water bottles available.

The staff was amazing–super friendly and helpful. Margaret, who checked me in, was especially great. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable as well. I was visiting from out of state, and the location was perfect for what I needed to do. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and I'd definitely stay here again when in the area.

The staff were ALL so friendly & engaging. The breakfast spread was amazing. Room was beautiful & welcoming. Very close to post to see our son.

Bed was a little too soft for my liking only because of back issues I need something a little firmer but my husband slept great!

Hardwood floors instead of dirty carpets. Bed was very comfortable. Very clean.

Door handle to room was very hard to turn. Made it difficult when carrying bags.

Breakfast was great already included in price. Pool area and great and well maintained. My grandchildren love going swimming there. Very friendly staff and accommodating.

Only issue is loss of power due to power outage. Lasted til the early morning; no fault of the business; just very hot. could use more towels in the rooms
