The staff were the best I’ve ever encountered . I had some issues where I needed help , and everyone there went out of their way to help me . Our stay was just perfect , and I couldn’t have asked for more . Adrian saved me one night when I couldn’t get into the room late at night after returning from the ER - because it was bolted from the inside by sleeping family - no one heard me - and he graciously gave me another to sleep in so I didn’t have to sleep in the lobby . I was so very grateful for everyone’s kindness and will definitely stay again when I’m in Lake Jackson .

Nothing I didn’t like - perfect in every way !

The hotel was very clean, had a wonderful breakfast area with a selection of games to choose from, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. My only negative was that we happened to have a loud neighbor directly above us who liked to stomp around, but it wasn't so much that it ruined our stay, we'd gladly return!

I'm not sure if our neighbor directly above us was just unusually loud or perhaps the floors really are thin and it wasn't his fault, only time will tell. We stay in lots of hotels, and occasionally come across this situation but this just seems a little extra loud, like they were walking on wood floors or something.

Staff was friendly and helpful

Breakfast options were a little weak from a protein perspective, never seen sausage that thin or overcooked, bacon was mediocre, but it's 2024 and I know it's tough to contain costs.... But they did have a automatic pancake making machine which was pretty cool if you want to carbo-frontload your day! I did have to try it a few times... Had a pretty fancy personal coffee maker for those so inclined.

Breakfast was excellent and looks like entrees change (sausage one day, bacon next). We had sausage both days. Nice variety, No long lines, never felt crowded. Debbie at the front desk was spectacular- cordial, informative, and fun.

Bathroom door stuck in Room 323. Hard to open, though closed okay. Our Child kept getting stuck inside as he could not understand turning handle and pushing HARD was the only solution.

Had a few hiccups -- Card reader to outside door near my room (where I had to take my pet to potty) wouldn't work and something with the TV had been unplugged, but the very helpful desk clerk got the problems resolved.

The pet fee is too high at $40/night. Guest in the next room had their dog off leash inside the hotel and outside.

Rooms were clean and spacious, the hairdryer a God send since my Australian hair dryer didn't work. The bed was very very comfortable, had an awesome sleep.

Being a tea drinker, there was no tea available in my room but I guess I could have asked for some. Not a major issue overall.

Friendly staff; clean and well-appointed lobby, reception area and rooms; plenty of lighted parking. The hotel was easy to access, reservations were processed timely, there was no overnight hallway noise or disruptions. An overall very pleasant stay for business travel.

The. Beds were very uncomfortable the first night , also i paid way to much for the room, i was walking by i another customer that stayed a week only paid 358. And i paid 500./ not happy at all

Very comfortable, clean rooms. Excellent breakfast including wonderful coffee. Friendly and helpful staff. Will recommend this hotel very highly to everyone we can think of.

Absolutely nothing!

The front desk clerk was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable bed. It was during the storm of Beryl and the power went out so we did not have the breakfast to comment on. I’m sure it would have been nice.
