We were first put in a room on the ground floor, but when we asked, they changed us to a second floor room. We were quite happy with the change.

The bathroom door squeaked and the omelets served the first morning were way over cooked, we couldn't eat them. The next morning the scrambled eggs were dry and crumbly, also inedible. Everything else was good.

We enjoyed having breakfast with you. Thank you for the variety offered.

The only thing I would have offered in addition is a Dairy Free Milk option to go with the cereal.

The staff was very friendly and helped us to sign up for the rewards program to enjoy free wi-fi for our toddler. We also received a text from staff every day to make sure we were enjoying our stay. We weren't able to make it to breakfast, but it smelled delicious as we would leave for the day.

Aside from the strain on my floor, the room was great. I didn't like being on the first floor and the fact the balcony didn't have any privacy overall the hotel was clean and comfortable!! The ceiling fans were awesome!!

The staff was exceptional gave us a list of Christmas lights to take Grandkids to see

The waffle machine would not work & the sausage gravy was way to thin & not enough sausage.But place was very clean.The hot water went out that night had to wait till morning to take shower & next morning was not hot hardly at all

Friendly & quick staff.

Being able to follow every move of people in the room above my room(206) throughout the night & that people couldn't control their doors & just let them slam shut. I managed to quietly shut my door quietly where anyone could barely hear it. I realize this happens, but adults should be able to control.

Front desk clerk isn’t very friendly.

Breakfast was awesome and the staff who worked the breakfast area worked really hard.

The cleaning staff took away the garbage can from the room. I requested my receipt be emailed and I have yet to receive it.

The hotel was wonderful for the price! The breakfast bar was a pleasant surprise…we didn’t expect such variety or the amount of choices they had. Way above your usual “continental breakfast” so many hotel chains offer which usually isn’t much at all. And the hotel staff was very friendly and very helpful. It was also in good proximity to food and shopping.
