The staff were super friendly and helpful. Rosalind was so sweet and helpful. She told us if we needed anything to let her know. The hotel was quiet. Room was very spacious and clean. I enjoyed the patio area outside our room. Good location close to food and a gas station.

The rooms were cool but the lobby was super hot meaning guest were cool but the sweet hotel staff were hot their entire shift and they are the face of the hotel!! Please fix their air!! They were all too kind and friendly to have to work in heat!

The front desk staff was fantastic: super friendly and outgoing. She got me an extra pillow, lol, which helped me sleep so much better! The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. This will be our go-to when we go to Nac, which is about 5-6 times a year.

No breakfast, but I think this is more like an extended stay, and well worth the price. I also wish the blankets were a bit thicker, but we can always bring one.

The property looked fancy and clean. There is a lot of parking space though we were towing and we needed to take a couple of empty spaces (later we found out that there are bigger spaces at the back). The room was clean and looking very nice.

I didn’t like that the airflow of the AC is blowing to the side of the bed that it’s close to. And there wasn’t a hairdryer.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the bed was to far away from the a/c so we ended up quite hot at night

How spacious the room was. The bed/mattress was comfortable. The room/bathroom was clean

We had to unplug and plug up the tv to the electrical outlet to turn off/on instead of using the tv remote.

Easy to get to, clean, comfortable beds

The door to the rooms slam fairly loud, the tv only goes up to a certain volume that is not loud enough. The toilet I swear runs for at least five minutes after flushing it.

Very clean very accommodating very quiet. Front desk check in were very friendly and helpful. Very nice and clean .

Smelled like weed in the halls

This stay was for a church event. I did not personally stay, however I did pay for the person that stayed. I have not had any negative comments regarding the stay. Thank you so much for following up

Nice kitchen setup. Nice size refrigerator. Plenty of towels. Courtyard patio access. Good water pressure in the shower.

Could hear someone's dog barking in another room.

Everything was clean and they vacuumed the common areas daily

Loved most everything. Would like some sheer curtains to let the light in but discreet.
