The property was great rooms were great

I didn’t like that the security door was not secure and locked anyone could have walked in the front desk staff needs more customer service no warm welcome no smiles didn’t have coffee ready I had to wait 20min the hallway smelled like wet carpet bad smell ( the front desk staff didn’t have on a badge but they were African Americans ladies ) I’m African American and I’m a woman you should always make sure you give great customer service

Seeing the price, I was skeptical about the hotel. After reading reviews, I decided to take a chance. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, there was great water pressure in the shower, and the staff was friendly with a good recommendation for food. This is a no frills hotel, but we were traveling on a motorcycle from New Orleans back home, so the price and cleanliness fit perfect

Nothing. I read previous reviews and went in knowing there weren't a lot of frills.

The front desk person (Diana) was pleasant, courteous and very helpful throughout our short stay. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.

The air conditioner was making loud noises and stop cooling on our last day/night. We reported it and hopefully, it got fixed. Other than that it was a good experience.

Upon arriving at the reception, the man on duty did not want to register us. Upon arrival, I told him I had a reservation, leaving twice and upon entering with my daughter and my son.My daughter told her that we had a reservation, she shouted at us again, saying no, my daughter got scared and told us to leave, then another person, a woman, arrived and she was the one who registered us and the other one turned

really loved that the wait staff was friendly and that there was vending machines in the lobby! also to add very good and nice hotel rooms especially for the [price being less than half of other hotels as well as having options for bigger rooms!

wait staff did take a while to appear at the front desk when i was checking in but she did show up and was very helpful and apologized for the wait!

The staff is extremely nice and very knowledgeable about Nacogdoches and the University.

People just hanging around the backside of the building standing and fixing their cars in the road. Happened at night and in the morning.

The location is perfect and the staff was wonderful everyone that I encountered was very professional and patient with me.

Need Pest Control for roaches. Not Very big but they are comfortable enough to climb on your bed, walls, fridges along the lining of fridge where it closes, basically needs a good bombing or spray every few days.

Location but looking tired. Diana, the lobby counter agent, was very professional and helpful!!

Water was not available for over 10 hours.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, A/C worked great.

Construction on the road right out front made it a little difficult to get in and out of parking lot.
