The staff was very friendly and helpful. Every request we needed was met with enthusiasm and quickly. We needed a fully handicap accessible room for my mother and the room exceeded our expectations. The doors to the room and bathroom were wide enough for her to access easily with her powerchair or her walker. the beds were different heights-- one was lower which was perfect for her. The bathroom had railing and a walk in shower as well as a shower chair along with a removable shower head. The room was on the first floor making things even easier, so we didn't have to try to worry about elevators or stairs. Most hotels claim they're accessible, but they're really not. Continental breakfast was a wonderful inclusion. The selection was great and the food was delicious.

The only thing that held me back from giving perfect marks was, ironically, our bathroom. It smelled of mildew/mold and there were black stains on the ceiling as if there was a leak from the floor above. I did inform the staff upon our departure and they assured me that it will be addressed.

Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. A/c worked well. Plenty of lights When I made reservations, I asked for 2 Queens. And the guy we talked to confirmed that the room with 2 queens was available. However, when we arrived, they gave us a king and said that 2 queens wasn’t available. This was not satisfactory or acceptable.

The price was a little steep

Breakfast was ok. The weekend staff lady, Frances, was great. Very helpful and pleasant attitude when interacting with us and other customers. She needs to be acknowledged for this, she is a great asset to your business

The shower in 315 was not good st all. Very little water came out of the shower head, it ran mostly through the tub spigot. We got got to report it when checking out. I’m sure someone else by now has complained about it

Tv didn’t work -reservation was booked incorrectly even though I selected the options I needed online. Didn’t get the room I reserved and they didn’t have another room with the 2 queen beds. Luckily they had a king with pull out couch bed. Unnecessarily stressful but glad it worked out. Was told that booking through you guys is a bad idea as issues with the reservations/rooms desired usually get messed up. I won’t be using your services anymore because of this.

The Pool is a good size, the breakfast is very well served- buffet style. Lots of options for everyone in our family.

The extra couch sheets in our room had a big brown stain- we called front desk and they did exchange them right away.

Being told that my deposit can take up to a month to be reimbursed because I used a cash app card, which I use for online purchases.

Our stay was perfect. The facilities are clean and the staff was so nice.

The elevator was super loud and slow but that really was my only complaint.

Smells humed

Hot breakfast, to include bacon and scrambled eggs. Pet friendly, 20lb limit on dogs. $50/pet.

Bathrooms look like they have been remodeled, but not very well. Clean, but it was an older hotel, pretending to be a newer hotel.

room was very close to bright drive through for a fast food restaurant however it was quiet and curtains made it dark. also, with a few restaurants being right there it is very convenient.
