We stayed two nights with our granddaughter. Room with two queen beds. The room was large, clean, the beds were comfortable, Bathroom was large with tub and shower. We used the pool and hot tub both days. They appear to be clean and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of hot selections. Breakfast room was large. Plenty of parking spaces. Staff was courteous and helpful. Good value for the money.

No place to eat within walking distance, but only a short drive into town.

I loved that it was clean. The room temperature was cold and the breakfast was really good. But, the best part about this property was the staff. Monica at the front desk was so helpful when I needed to extend my stay. I had mentioned that I was visiting because my daughter was having a baby. One of the days when I was walking out the door I was stopped and given a congratulations card from the entire staff!!!! That was the sweetest thing. I felt like I was staying with family!

The ONLY drawback was that it was loud when people would open and shut their doors but that’s pretty much not the hotel’s fault as it is careless people.

This was an amazing stay. Seemed like the hotel was either new or newly renovated. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and smelled fresh. The hotel was almost full, but I had no noise issues. We will definitely stay here again when in the Lufkin area!

The TV would not work. You could turn it on or off and change the volume, but couldn't change the channel, and the picture would freeze up.

Right when you walk in, it is clean and smells so good. The rooms were clean and the decor was calming.

There isn’t really anything we didn’t like but the door to the pool was broken and we did have to wait some amount of time for staff to open the door. With that being said, they went above and beyond to make sure we were able to use the pool.

The breakfast was wonderful and definitely added to the value of the hotel. The staff (Shay) was really friendly and helpful as well. Rooms are clean and I was really happy they were able to get us rooms next to each other.

Everything was good. If I had to pick something, it would be the sounds the AC makes when starting up and the "clanking" of the mini fridge in our room. I'm a light sleeper so I heard that throughout the night.

Clean and relaxing room. Bed was comfortable. The property is quiet. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Coffee and tea all day was nice.

A little removed from everything, but we did enjoy the quiet. Not really a negative.

The location is perfect for me as I was going to Huntington to visit my sister.

The a/c unit didn’t work well.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Housekeeping does a great job. Location is convenient and safe. Price is reasonable.

Very beautiful hotel and breakfast was pretty good!

We only had one hiccup which was the first room we were in the AC didn’t work. But after calling and telling front desk they were able to move us rooms!
