The location was perfect. Nicely tucked away but close to stores and not too far from main intersections. (There are some great areas, no too far, to take beautiful landscape pictures of the lakes around there and Blue Bonnets.) Staff was very helpful, from check-in to check-out to just all around asking if we needed anything. Housekeeping was really nice. We were out til midday, but they didn't come into the room, but when I asked for fresh towels, she had no problem, like other places we have been, she switched them out. Big plus, we were a LATE, late check-in, but thanks to them calling and checking if we still wanted our reservation, they held our room! Would stay there again! Thank you so much for making our stay a pleasant one.

The only thing I can say is that it had a lingering smell of cigarettes, and we had the only room with a Roku TV with no Roku remote. It was ok, though. We weren't in the room much. Everything else was great..

Close proximity to activities but not in the city, exceptional view from the 4th floor. Very friendly staff and dog friendly!

Not the motels' fault, but there were guests smoking in their rooms. You could smell it in the hallways. It is a non-smoking building.

This was an emergency. So, we were happy to have a clean room to sleep in. I liked that there had been coffee available. However, the coffee was gone when we got there. The place was quiet, so we got a good rest.

I wish there had been a breakfast or a cafe within walking distance. If there was, I didn't see it. I think the elevator needs maintenance. It thumped whenever we reached the group floor.

We were on the third floor and both nights we were woke up several times during the nights by noises above us which sounded like someone was moving furniture around and banging the legs of furniture on the floor over and over and over and and over. Not very considerate of people trying to sleep...the TV wouldn't work right

I liked everything.

I didn't like that I asked for room service and didn't get it. I had to take out the trash and get clean towels and clean the room and bathroom

Front desk guy that was there around 4am Saturday morning was amazing! Great customer service!

No iron in the room

The room was clean the bed was clean and comfortable there was a full set of towels this time and there was a lid for the ice bucket. Everything was perfect. A lot better than the last time I stayed here.

I would like if there was a coffee machine in the room but considering the kind of gusts that are usually here I can understand completely why there’s not one in each room. I would like to see more washers and dryers as well since two of each isn’t enough in my opinion compared to the number of rooms.

The staff are always friendly. The rooms are clean.

The mattress moved when I tried to sit on the bed. I always request a room close to the front door, but we are always put halfway down the hall. We can't walk that far. We are both handicapped.

The fact there were ants in the pool the whole hotel smelled like pot and the neighbors were very loud partying all night

Good stay and no additional fee for pets.

No in room hair dryer and needed more pillows-only two per bed.
